سلام عرض هتل ناچو خوب بود ولی از نظر خدمات زیاد نه ما سه روز رفتیم ولی اتاقاش کولراشون خراب بود و صبحونشون هم هروز بدتر از دیروز بود اصلا صبحونهاشون سرویس دهنشون ضعیف بود پرسنلشون هم انگلیسی بلد نبودن و از نظر محیط صدای ماشین زیاد بود و ویو هم همش ساختمون بود این هتل باید ۳ ستاره بود و استخر هم از نظر نظافت خوب نبود و کوچک بود ولی نظر من رو بخوایین نه خوب بود نه بد بود

افتضاح ترین اتفاقای زندگیمو تجربه کردم! شب اول هتل اتاق مارو داده بود به کس دیگه و بی جا موندیم تو کشور غریب و چند ساعت تو لابی معطل و بلاتکلیف نشسته بودیم و در نهایت یه مسافرخونه خیلی داغون مارو فرستاد و شب دوم یکی مدفوع کرده بود دم در اتاقمون ! از این ها افتضاح تر هم مگه داریم؟؟؟

very great location. the room was clean. but the breakfast was awful. everything was cold and you have only 2-3 options. no tea no juice no coffee no milk no bread!!!!!!!!the internet connection was very weak and was not accessible at some floor! and because of the location, at night we had so much noise and sleaping was really hard... generally i wouldn't choose this hotel once again.

0 Stars – Worst Hotel Experience Ever This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was terrible from start to finish. The reception staff did not speak even basic English, which made communication extremely difficult. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked—once items ran out, the staff never replenished them. The heater didn’t work, and when reported, I was told it was an “internal system” issue with no solution offered. During a shower, the water completely cut off, leaving me waiting more than 30 minutes for it to come back. Despite notifying the hotel at the time of booking about our late arrival, no bottled water was provided in the room. When I asked for water at around 11:30 pm, the staff’s response was, “It’s too late, no service at this time.” To make things worse, when we decided to check out early due to the awful conditions, the hotel refused to issue any refund. We were forced to find another hotel for the rest of our stay just to avoid getting sick. Do not stay here if you care about basic comfort, service, or getting what you paid for.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Yerevan, offering easy access to all major areas. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection of dishes. Overall, the hotel is an amazing place to spend quality time and truly enjoy the city. Thanks Mary and your team.

Были в октябре в «улучшенном» номере с кроватью king size. Заселили в номер с клопами. Мужу приходилось ходить разбираться и ругаться, чтобы заменили номер. На ресепшене вопрос не решали. Ни компенсации, ни извинений, только предложение поменять постельное. И обвинение, что мы открыли окно на проветривание и запустили их сами! Но так не работает, через окно клопы постельные не появляются. (Извинились только уборщицы, хотя к ним вопросов нет, они свою работу выполняли, могли и не заметить, что другие гости привезли). После долгих выяснений в 4 ночи нам поменяли на номер без клопов. Из-за бессонной ночи и вечера накануне 1,5 дня отпуска просто выпали. В целом весь номер ушатан. Обогрев не работал. Розетки и выключатели находятся по центру кровати над матрасом. Утром можно проснуться рукой в розетке, а ночью пару раз включить свет через подушку. Завтраки лучше не брать, рядом находиться САС, можно поесть разнообразнее и вкуснее. Утром была всегда гречка и сосиски + немного чего-то к ним. Если хотите номер с красивым видом - слой грязи избавит вас от какого либо вида. Кто писал про чистую сауну - кондиционер в черной плесени. Как вам такое «оздоровление и релакс»? Много детей группами в отеле, иногда шум. Не знаю откуда такие отзывы положительные, у нас все было плохо, куда ни посмотри. Даже халаты для душа в дырках. Возмутило отношение ресепшена, которым и дела никакого нет решать проблемы. Отель, кстати, пишет в watsapp и просит предоплату. Хотя на букинге указано обратное. We cancelled our flight to Armenia and ask the hotel a day before to return our payment but they were not helpful and didn’t return our money. I haven’t been to the hotel but this kind of service is not acceptable and against customer rights. Now I decided if I come to Yerevan again I will not book with them. They should be more flexible and worry about losing customers than returning money for a room that was booked and not used.

The hotel is really disappointing. The rooms are very dirty, and housekeeping does nothing except empty the trash — they leave the floors filthy. They didn’t even make the bed; it was left completely messy. The breakfast is also terrible, with only 4–5 very limited options and almost no variety.

I’m deeply impressed by the hotel’s excellent service. My friends stayed here for their wedding anniversary. Since I wasn’t in the country, I asked the hotel to surprise them — everything was arranged quickly, and they even gifted them a cake on behalf of the hotel. Special thanks to the staff member Mary. I definitely recommend visiting this place!

I stayed at this hotel for the past couple of days and i had one of the worst experiences you can have in a hotel. I stayed in second level room were the ceiling panel was open above the room entrance and also above the shower so we couldn't shower properly. Put in mind we called reception to change the room or at least close the ceiling AC panel but they didnt do either. There was also noise coming from the AC due to the panel being open. Day 2 of staying here there was no wifi in the room so i had to go outside the room just to get wifi. Poor breakfast and limited options of food you can eat for the price. Last thing is that there is very bad room service did not clean room well especially bathroom. This hotel just wants money in any way possible.😶

Уютные номера. Чистенько. Кровати и подушки удобные. Есть небольшие проблемы с перепадом горячей воды. Также в номере очень пропускают звук окна, слышно шум улицы. Цены доступные. Завтраки очень скромные, асортимент маловат, но в целом хватает. На завтраках нет заварного кофе. Есть бассейн и парилка на -1 этаже, это определённо большой плюс. Как итог отель неплохой и очень приветливый персонал. Главное, что чисто и тепло) Приедем ли мы ещё, думаю да

Ottimo come sempre è la quarta volta che soggiorno in questo albergo e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene. Personale professionale e gentile, camere ottime come pulizia e comfort. Piscina e sauna molto pulite e con tutti i servizi. Il servizio in camera anche per i pasti è puntuale e veloce e a ogni richiesta il personale è sempre pronto a soddisfarla. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro e con tutti i servizi. Wifi gratuito e molto veloce, le stesse chiamate con whatsapp chiare e senza interruzioni. È sempre la mia tappa per i soggiorni in Yerevan.

I had one of the worst experiences with this establishment due to unprofessional service and a lack of support. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced: 1. Room Booking Issues: Despite confirming my booking via email and including specific requirements in the booking comments (requesting a king bed), I arrived to find a room with two beds. After showing the staff my email confirmation, they claimed there was no such record. They then “prepared” a new room, which turned out to be the same room with the beds pushed together—completely unacceptable. 2. Lack of Response: When I requested to upgrade the room and offered to pay the additional cost, I was told to call back in 15 minutes. However, no one answered when I tried contacting them. 3. Maintenance Issues: The room had significant problems, including a leaking sink that released unclean water with a terrible smell. Despite complaining, the staff was unable to fix the issue or offer a satisfactory solution. 4. Amenities Issues: The blankets and pillows provided had an unpleasant odor, and no heavier or additional blankets were available upon request. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unclean facilities made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Очень хороший отель, расположение потрясающее, новый, все чистое и красивое, уборка каждый день, не к чему придраться

Its a 3 star hotel I would not recommend coming here the bathroom is very dirty the shower has dirt and a little poop on the shower handle and the food is very bad , very disappointed with this hotel

My husband and I spent an amazing 12 days in the hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is very clean, our room was convenient. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially thanks to the receptionists "Anushik, Anna, and Karen" they always helped us and responded to all our questions. the housekeepers were so cute and gave us all that we needed in our room. The doorbell "Alex" was very helpful. My only comment would be on the food. There was no variety in breakfast, but overall, the food served was fresh and clean.

I had a very late arrival (2am) due to the late arrival of my flight. The staff was very kind to wait for me. It is helpful that the hotel sent me its WhatsApp number after my booking was confirmed, and I could inform the hotel about my late arrival. (The hotel's WhatsApp number also proved useful when buying metro/bus tickets from the orange TelCell kiosks, because a local phone number is needed for payment, even for cash.) The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. WiFi is stable in my room. The air-con tends to get warm even though the temperature is set at 14°C. I ended up turning off the air-con and opening the window for natural ventilation. The location is good, with a cathedral and a large park across the road, and the busy Vernissage Market is just 5-10 away by foot. I would come back again if I return for a longer visit.

Недавно я остановился в отеле Nacho и был в восторге от его уютной и приветливой атмосферы. Номер был комфортно обставлен и имел очаровательный, игривый декор.Персонал был дружелюбным и сделал мое пребывание комфортным. Удобное расположение отеля позволило легко исследовать город. В целом, это был замечательный и уютный опыт!
