در کل، مشتریان می‌گن که مرکز Nakheel Community Management Centre – Palm Jumeirah یه تیم فوق‌العاده داره؛ امیر، شنیلن، یوسف، رانی و همکارانش همیشه سریع، حرفه‌ای و با لبخند می‌خونن، حتی وقتی کارها به سرعت باید حل بشن یا مدارک رو در عرض چند دقیقه آماده کنن. اما یه سری نکته‌هامون هم هست که باید بهش توجه بشه: در بعضی دفعات، پذیرش بدون اطلاعات کافی، طولانی‌کردن زمان انتظار، عدم تسلط بر زبان عربی، ایمیل‌های بی‌پاسخ و حتی عدم وجود گزینه تحویل کارت به ساختمان، باعث ناراحتی مشتریان میشه. یه نفر حتی دو هفته به خاطر مشکل ثبت‌نام خودرو در اپلیکیشن، ساعت‌های زیادی رو در دروازه می‌گذرونده و این تجربه‌اش رو “شکست‌آمیز” می‌گه. همچنین، بعضی از سرپرست‌ها مثل جامشد به نظرات مشتری

I was very disappointed with the front desk service. The receptionist had no information and was unable to provide proper assistance. Although there were no other customers, the waiting time was unreasonably long. In addition, no one at the reception could speak Arabic, which is unacceptable in this context. I sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service.

I want to appreciate customer service agent whose name is Amira in community management in Office. I really appreciate her help and she did a great job which we couldn’t fix up with the security office. She finished it within 15 minutes and we got the approval as we need and she did an amazing job thank you very much, Amira !!!!

Shenelyn was amazing today. I arrived at the office with a list of jobs as long as my arm thanks to my wife and Shenelyn helped me through as many as she was able to. She was kind, polite and very patient! I definitely earned some brownie points with the wife today and hopefully Shenelyn will too with this review, maybe even a raise? It would make my life and other Palm residents lives easier if the app was fully functional. Something to work on in the new year perhaps! Thanks again Shenelyn!

Collected the building access card from reception. Very fast and smooth process. Very sad only that they dont have delivery option to the residential building. The lady at reception was very polite and profesional.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the community supervisors, Jamshed. When I raised a concern about safety and accessibility in the community, instead of addressing it properly, he laughed at us and brushed it off. As a resident and property owner, I expect supervisors to take such matters seriously and treat residents with respect. This kind of response leaves people feeling unheard and raises concerns about how issues are being managed.

Despite the best effort of the people at the reception, Nakheel Community Management in Palm Jumeirah has zero interest on its customers. Their email service is a joke, if they remember to reply. When they do, they copy/paste the usual “we will send it to the relevant department” Whenever I visit in person for issues related to my property, I see more staff coming out for a break than actual people working. I have never got any actual help. Finally whatever issue you may have, you better solve it yourself. Funnily enough, they post on Instagram and LinkedIn inspirational videos of how much they care of their community. Maybe in their dreams. Stain on our beloved Dubai.

Unfortunately to Nakheel i can in no way give a high rating, we strongly advise that you address the issues with your portal, you cannot remove services without providing alternatives and inform staff of process to be able to properly support customers.

Appalling service and total incompetence — 2 weeks of registration failure "I am beyond frustrated with the service provided by Parkonic and Nakheel. Since December 23rd, I have been trying to register my vehicle, but it has been a total nightmare. The administration keeps bouncing me from one phone number to another, telling me to 'call here' and 'call there' without providing any actual solution. It is absolutely unacceptable that a major organization like Nakheel cannot handle a simple vehicle registration. Because of this technical failure and lack of support, we are forced to wait for 30 minutes at the barrier every single time just to get in or out. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it is a complete waste of time and an insulting customer experience. Fix your system and stop giving us the runaround. This is disgraceful."
