Wanted to order online so had few queries like how would be the return and refund policy. Delivery and shipping charges are included, hence asked to give good discount, As in, if we don't like the product the return charges are on a customer only. Got a reply to visit Myntra and hopscotch as they have good return and refund policy from the insta site of the store. A vendor should persue a good communication and convincing skills to grab customers in this business but the reply seems to be not so interesting in doing the same.
