Very bad experience with this rental outfit service. Even on my Own Function, the choli was not give me for proper time it was too late and take extra time for fitting and all that not yet properly fitted and it was not even washed. The staff did not respond properly and were not helpful at all. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion.

Very disappointing experience. The staff behaved rudely, and the chaniya choli I received was damaged. In fact, all the pieces in the set were damaged, which was extremely frustrating.

Best place to get cloths on rent. good collection and at very reasonable price.. people are good to respond. If you want to buy something for pre-wedding shoot than also it's available there..

Very bad experience at all............😠 I'm from Surat mari 1 friend ni sathe me choli banavadava api hati jalpa ne before 1/2 months. today my brother's wedding & she didn't give me my clothes after trying so much calls and visiits she is so unprofessional person I ever seen in my life it's disgusting she is taking advance payment to me and not giving clothes I'm helpless at my own home function I have to wear someone's lehnga after giving money & time! phone karya rubru gaya pachi pan a kehta nathi k hu nai kari saku & last movement she is not taking calls n any responsibility to giving answers to costumers not refer anybody

I had my best experience. There are so many choices I got confuse by seeing such beautiful dresses then the owner suggest me a dress and it looks so beautiful on me the owner is so good n staff also best place for traditional clothes.

Don't take cloths from them their behavior towards costumers is worst.. the dresses even not dry clean.. bad experience ever... And very old collection for lehnga choli... Very very bad experience. The staff is behaving like we are their nokar... Thay are shouting...

I just visited this place few days back to rent clothes for my wife, before visiting I was on negative thoughts about it but I must say that this is unique idea of busines for both side marchant and customer, why to West mony when you have better choice in everyday occasion by renting cloths, they provide clean & presse clothes on the booking date

Perfect place for rental dresses. Great collection and superb service. Provide Dry Cleaned dresses at affordable rate.

They don't even give the dresses properly on time and the dresses are not even dryclean ,it smells so bad , and they exchanhes the dress and behave like it is our problems and they will talk like as if they are giving it free and shoit on the customers .. Worst experience ever ...

I visited the boutique.they are not interested in showing you personally and they even don’t have labelled price on outfit so they can charge as per their wish and can take benefit of customer.1 star is also much more for them
