Fantastic experience with the store, especially staff members Unni Raj and Midhun, and the manager Mr Milan. They advised us on our product choices including Bosch dishwasher, LG washing mashing 11 kg and the V-Guard water storage heater. The products were suitable within our budget and demonstrated quality without any compromise. The team coordinated very well when handling delivery and installation services. We particularly appreciated the discount they offered to us. As a result of their cooperation, hard work and effort, we had a smooth experience. We are so thankful to all the staff for their valuable advice which made it easy for us to choose the right products for our home. Very pathetic service from LG brand as well as Nandhilath G mart.I have purchased a LG AC from Nandhilath on 02/09/2025. Today 11/09/2025 still AC sitting at my home like brand new. No one care about after sales. I have been trying to reach them 8th September onwards and there is no positive response from LG service team as well us Nandhilath G mart. It’s almost 9 day’s i am waiting for AC Installation. I happened to me because they offered me free installation. Every one kindly aware about this.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

It is a very large showroom with a wide variety of electronics items available. All the latest updates and products are also accessible. However, the customer service we experienced there was very poor. If we go with the intention of purchasing a specific brand, they try to persuade us to buy the brands they prefer. On the other hand, if we choose a brand they are not interested in, there are significant delays in billing and delivery. Customer satisfaction was very low. Even after making a purchase worth over one lakh rupees, the staff's behavior was disappointing when we asked for a little water to drink.

I have never experienced such poor after-sales service. I purchased a washing machine, and at the time of delivery, they informed me that a technician would come to install it. However, it has been more than eight days, and they are not responding to my calls. Even when they do answer, they keep assuring me that they will book the installation the same day and guarantee that a technician will arrive, but nothing has happened so far.

We recently visited Nandilath G Mart for a TV purchase and were impressed by their vast showroom with a wide range of appliances. We bought a TV and received excellent service, including free delivery and installation. They also offered third-party assistance for down payments right at the showroom. I purchased an LG washing machine from Nathilath Gmart with an extended warranty. Unfortunately, when the machine developed a problem, the service experience was very disappointing. Even after 12 days of reporting the issue, the washing machine has still not been repaired. An extended warranty should provide timely support, but the delay has caused significant inconvenience. I hope the management improves its after-sales service and responds more quickly to customer complaints.

Mr. Abin form (kaloor branch Eranakualm)is a patient salesman with excellent product knowledge and communication skills. He explained the products clearly and helped in selecting the right product and suitable product combinations based on the requirement. Overall, very good service and good work.

Worst after sales service. Purchased a water purifier and an inverter and its been half a month and still installation is pending. No proper response being received from any staff. They have two contact numbers mentioned in the invoice which nobody attends. Have to make a hundred calls for atleast talking to someone even though they don't give proper response. Very poor service.

Very poor experiance - I have paid for an AC on April 29th 2026 and till not delivered post 16 days ( May 15 2026). I am unable to contact them as no one seems to pick up the phone. The sales person has promised to deliver the same in 2 days and installation will be done in 4 days. No follow up , No customer service ..Nothing. Invoice # 263204615.

The Nandilath G-Mart Kaloor dealership is a great place to get excellent bargains for all kinds of electronics goods. We found a great bargain better than the prevalent local offers including Lulu and also online offers including Amazon for a Samsung refrigerator. The store is humongous, the layout is easy to navigate and the staff especially Mr. Bobby who helped us in the selection was very knowledgeable and gave us sound advice in homing in on the best product for our requirements and budget. There is excellent parking and the overall experience has been very pleasurable and satisfying. I feel going forward this particular Nandilath and Mr. Bobby will always be our first choice. Very poor service experience. I recently purchased a TV, and within just one week it stopped working properly. I tried contacting the support team multiple times, but there was no proper response or assistance. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and customer support. I would not recommend this to others Very bad service……….

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a refrigerator on 1st September, and they promised delivery within 4 days. Now it’s been 11 days, and there has been no response. They are not even attending calls. Totally dissatisfied with this service. For anyone looking for genuine dealings, it’s better to consider other options. I am ready to share the bill and all details if required.

Happened to visit the showroom for checking a new phone. I think it's the biggest showroom in kochi or entire Kerala for electronics and home appliances and other accessories. Shop is located in a prominent spot .The have a wide range of options in electronics, phones and laptops. There are sufficient staffs with product knowledge to clear all your queries before selecting any product. Finance desk also available for easy EMI schemes.

I recently purchased an Air conditioner from here. They had mention it is the last piece but when came home and the packet was opened and repackaged when called and ask they told it was displayed product. And when opened it was dust and full oil inside the ac . Please dont cheat customers

Quite a good multi brand outlet to buy all your electronics & home appliances. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They also have good deals on products often. Overall had a nice experience!!
