Review for Nando’s City Centre Muscat I ordered my favorite chicken liver with Portuguese roll, and as always and add some Grilled Halloumi and Pineapple , the taste was absolutely fantastic. What I truly love about this brand is its consistency—I’ve had the same dish in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Qatar, and now here in Oman, and the flavor remains impressively identical every time. This was my first time trying the Oman branch, although only via delivery, and I must say, the quality did not disappoint at all. It’s rare to find a restaurant that maintains such a high standard across different countries. Well done, Nando’s! Please continue delighting your guests with your authentic and consistently delicious flavors.

Nando’s is a decent place for chicken lovers. I especially liked the espetada and the peri-peri chicken — both were flavorful and enjoyable. The overall taste is average but consistent with what you expect from Nando’s. However, the service at the City Centre outlet was below average and could definitely be improved. Overall, an okay dining experience mainly for the food rather than the service.

I don’t even know where to start with this one. We were served two large pieces of chicken that were completely raw inside. Pink. Not slightly undercooked, not a little pink around the edges, genuinely raw chicken. Twice. On the same plate. How that even makes it out of the kitchen is beyond me. And speaking of things that should never make it out of the kitchen, our plate had oily fingerprints all over it and every single glass we were given was dirty with stains that clearly hadn’t been washed out properly. So the food was raw AND the dishes weren’t clean. Fantastic combination. When we complained, they replaced one of the chickens. Just one. The other one we had to apparently just accept because “the kitchen was closed.” Right. The kitchen was closed. So you can send out raw chicken but you can’t fix it? Noted. To make it all better they offered us a free side dish for next time we visit. Next time. As if there is a next time after serving us raw chicken on dirty plates. And even if we were completely out of our minds and did go back, how exactly would they remember us? No name taken, nothing written down. Just a verbal promise floating into the void. Genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The cooking was bad, the hygiene was bad, the customer service was bad and honestly I’m just hoping neither of us gets food poisoning. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Tried the Chicken Caesar Wrap and Hummus with pulled Chicken. Both were fresh and tasty, with well-grilled chicken and good flavor. Nice casual spot with decent service. Would go again.

Great atmosphere,lovely people and the food and service upto the mark as usual. Felt like a home. Nandos is serving one of the best grill chicken. I would like to mention a dish which we had it was so delicious. Chicken cataplana was so delicious. I recently visited Nando’s at City Centre, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the entire team handled the operation very professionally and efficiently. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and very enjoyable, which made the dining experience even better. What impressed me the most was the quality of service during such a busy time. The staff remained friendly, attentive, and polite throughout our visit. Despite the rush, they made sure every guest was well taken care of and served with a smile. It is not easy to maintain such great hospitality during peak hours, but the team truly did an excellent job. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was served hot and full of flavor, showing that the kitchen team maintains high standards even during busy hours. The waiting time was reasonable considering how packed the restaurant was, and the quality of the food definitely made it worth it. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Big appreciation to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the amazing work!

My usual favorite place. The menu is focused and food is delicious. Music is always matching the vibes. For today, special thanks to Robin for his prompt service and friendly hospitality.

Nando’s MCC never fails when you’re craving flame-grilled chicken. I ordered the Half Chicken (Medium spice) with a side of corn on the cob and spicy rice. The 'PERi-ometer' is always accurate, and the chicken was tender without being oily. The seating can get a bit tight during peak mall hours, but the service was friendly and efficient. Special shoutout for the Blue Passion mocktail—very refreshing! It’s a bit pricier than your average food court meal, but the quality make it worth Thank you

Robin, has an excellent attitude and most welcoming . The humus certainly requires ice cube during blending as was served tasteless and warm.

Robin and jade were really friendly and had the best service. They welcome me and helped with food choices and provided high customer service. Also the food is delicious as usual thats why I come here often .. 10\10

I've been here so many times, but this time our server was a lady called Miles I believe and she did an amazing job. We were a group of 10 and she spared no effort to make sure each and every one of us was well served and content. Thank you Miles.

Good place, diet friendly . Our waiter, Sandeep, was extremely polite, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive.
