My First time visited and got my 1st surgery in this hospital.. it's good in hospitality, experienced doctors , care taking staff nurses and admins and all departments. All types of scans and x rays are available. Some are reasonable and some are high payable. Strictly recommend for health insurance holders.. overall good response.

Dr. Shushma Venkat is an outstanding doctor. She performed my mother's hysterectomy at Narayana Hospital, HSR Layout, and the entire experience was excellent. She explained everything clearly, guided us through every step of the process, and was extremely patient and caring throughout. The surgery was successful, and her post-operative support and follow-up care were exceptional. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach gave us complete confidence during a difficult time. Highly recommended for anyone seeking gynecological treatment or surgery.

As per our booking, we arrived at the hospital on time after confirming the doctor’s availability. We completed the registration process and paid the consultation charges. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed that the doctor was not available and were asked to wait for another 3 hours. This is extremely disappointing from a top-rated hospital. If the doctor was unavailable, why was the appointment confirmed and payment accepted in the first place? We travelled around 40–50 km for this consultation and had booked the appointment a day in advance. Simply offering a refund does not compensate for the time, travel expenses, inconvenience, and stress caused to patients. The hospital management should take this issue seriously, improve coordination, and respect patients’ time. I request immediate action regarding this poor experience or compensation for the unnecessary travel and waiting time caused due to mismanagement.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Manojkumar . He was very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear explanations and valuable guidance during the consultation. The blood sample collection was done by Lab Manojkumar, and it was remarkably smooth and almost painless. He was Gentle, and made the entire process comfortable. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I highly recommend them. Such a Nice hospital

They don't give access to wifi, for extended stays this is a problem 😔 Edit 1: i have already shared the problem with various incharge(s) / mdo(s). They are saying its not possible, they too r using mobile data so they can do nothin about it. So i am not sure dropping a mail for feedback would yield any result. Edit 2: - Throughout the stay, the air-conditioning remote repeatedly stopped functioning. Any time the temperature needed adjustment, we had to contact the maintenance department. This occurred multiple times daily, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience and repeated service requests. - The hospital conducts all tests and maintains comprehensive patient records, which should ideally allow seamless access to medical information. However, obtaining copies of test results proved unnecessarily difficult. We began requesting the reports around 7:00 PM and followed up multiple times across nursing shifts. Despite these repeated requests, the reports were eventually delivered only at approximately 3:00 AM. What was particularly concerning was that the nurse woke the patient from sleep solely to hand over the printed reports. Furthermore, after the patient's cannula had been shifted from the left hand to the right hand, limiting the use of the right hand, he was nevertheless asked to sign a register using his already compromised left hand. He was also informed that the signature served as acknowledgment that the reports had been provided and that no additional hard copies would be issued. Both the decision to disturb a resting patient at 3:00 AM for a non-urgent administrative matter and the implication that access to one's own medical reports is effectively restricted to a single hard copy reflected a lack of patient-centered thinking. Access to medical records should be transparent, timely, and handled with considerably greater professionalism and consideration for patient comfort.

If you are searching for a gynecologist who truly combines compassion, care, and genuine concern for your health over money, then I highly recommend Dr. Sushma Venkit at Narayana HSR. She is undoubtedly a busy doctor, yet she is always available for emergencies and concerns, no matter how packed her schedule is. That kind of dedication is very rare these days. I had a pregnancy loss in my first pregnancy, my second pregnancy was healthy, and when I conceived again after 5 years, it turned into a very challenging journey with spotting, high fever, and several complications. Initially, I consulted doctors at other hospitals, but I often felt that care was limited unless appointments were booked well in advance. A friend suggested Dr. Sushma to me, and honestly, reaching this stage of my pregnancy would not have been possible without her support and timely care. Despite being young, her confidence, dedication, and reassuring presence are unmatched. No other gynecologist I met could match her aura and commitment towards patients. I couldn’t wait until my delivery to write this review because doctors like her truly deserve appreciation. If you are going through a high-risk pregnancy and need a doctor who genuinely stands by you, Dr. Sushma is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much, Doctor, for everything.

Our recent experience at Narayana Hospital, HSR Layout has been stressful due to multiple process and coordination gaps during ICU admission and post-hospitalization care. One serious concern was during ICU admission, where basic safety checks seemed to be missed. My wife was admitted to ICU wearing four rings, and this was only noticed the next day when her fingers had already swollen, making removal difficult. This is a very basic precaution that should ideally be handled at the time of ICU admission. Another issue was that ICU consent and related documents were given to us for signing only the next day after admission. It was during this process that we started noticing several oversights. I specifically requested the staff to formally document these observations as feedback/escalation, but despite raising it multiple times, nothing was recorded in writing and responses were mostly verbal. I also noticed billing inconsistencies which were corrected the following day, but no clear explanation was provided about what caused the discrepancy. The biggest ongoing concern is the post-hospitalization IV antibiotic schedule prescribed by the hospital (every 8 hours with strict timing). Even when we visit exactly as per the advised timeline, we are frequently asked to wait for long durations due to bed unavailability. This defeats the purpose of time-sensitive treatment. At this point, I am genuinely just hoping that no medical issue arises due to delays in administering the IV antibiotics as per the schedule prescribed by the hospital itself. Overall, the doctors may be good, but the operational processes, documentation of patient feedback, and coordination for time-critical treatments need significant improvement. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and strengthens patient safety checks, transparency, and post-discharge care coordination.

Doctors good, Management worst. ICU visiting hours are 3-4, the security wont allow you as pair. Only one at a time. After waiting for the whole day. No footwear covers are allowed as they will ask you to enter barefoot and then offer a slipper. Why cant i enter the icu wearing a footwear cover? Lastly the Old guy in the security, he needs to be treated on two aspects of basic human behaviour. 1. Empathy to patient attenders 2. Courtesy of not speaking in between when he is not involved in the conversation. Food served is average. or shall i say below than average. A single glass of Buttermilk will cost you 40 rupees. If your patient is shifted from Ward to ICU then there is no place for the attenders to rest. Please make own arrangements. A convenient statement by the management. TV channel in wards: 1. Forced to watch regional channels. How can a Corporate hospital have cost cutting on these petty things? like seriously? Smart televisions are installed but the google logins are not done? Do you expect the patient or the attender to key in his personal google details in? No Rights to privacy? Have been coming here only because of the doctors. or this hospital for me is doomed.!

Amazed with Narayana hospital - right from the minute we arrived to the emergency room under the instructions of Dr ADVAIT KULKARNI - who is so knowledgeable , practical in his approach , very comforting to speak to without alarming patients with all tests to be conducted - just did what was necessary for the given condition - have never met an amazing genuine doctor like him - he had informed the emergency of the patient and his case history before we arrived - the way the staff handled the situation so calmly and with swift response- did whatever were the necessary procedures to attend to the patient , the duty doctors were V knowledgable and the emergency room nursing staff were just brilliant … next when I went for billing - Raji staff at billing was so polite yet explained the tests being done and why it’s being done with explanation on the prices .. after a few hours in emergency when the patient stabilised they explained everything and shifted us to the room we requested without any delay- from then on the service was outstanding with physician DOCTOR SUJITH - so patient and spent a lot of time addressing our concerns everyday ,the nursing staff ANISH, Sister ATHRA SURESH AND SISTER BILLINA to name a few ..I felt this hospital is sooo genuine in their care and never did any test which was more than necessary- though they could have taken advantage of the emergency situation and billed us heavily - SIMPLY SO IMPRESSED with the genuine as the way hospital is being run and the dedicated and fantastic team they have

We visited this hospital during a medical emergency expecting urgent care and proper medical attention, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctors/assistant doctors attending us informed us that the main doctor was unavailable and that we would have to wait until morning. Apart from giving basic painkillers and a very brief 1–2 minute check, no proper consultation was done. No specialist or alternative doctor was arranged, and there was no meaningful effort to assess the condition or provide guidance. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency, care, and empathy during an emergency situation. We felt unattended and unsupported at a time when proper medical attention was needed the most. And they shamelessly charged Rs.1100 for this. And the worst part was even in an emergency the doctor refused to check the patient before the payment was completed.

This hospital is very good, staff is super supportive Be it dialysis nurses, admin officers, security guards & even the front office staff (reception) are very courteous always ensures patients safety & comfort ☺️ Recently we did a fistula surgery of my mother here for her dialysis Dr Prasenjit & team were very corporative despite the holiday, he got on a call with me & executed the surgery on the day he was back on duty 🙏 Special thanks to Ms Nirmala from management who was also very empathetic, proactive who facilitated the entire process & made sure the execution was seamless, her professionalism is admirable & commendable 😊 Thank you Team Narayana Multi Speciality Hospital 🤗

Visited this hospital a few days back to consult a general medicine doctor Ms/Mrs Niviea C and had an awful experience with both the staff and the doctor. First of all, the point of making an appointment beforehand is to not wait outside for 15 minutes and after that when finally I was able to meet the doctor, well the doctor’s attitude towards me was very unpleasant. I feel you need to have some amount of compassion and should listen to your patient's queries and problems patiently, plus the staff was also not very organized, kind and responsive. Overall, I was very disappointed and went to a different hospital for a consultation.

Visited this hospital with my wife due to a small pain in her chest. We believed it to be a gas issue, but we decided to get it checked to avoid any possible risk. We reached there around 3 am, and she was taken aside. An approximate bill of 8k plus the cost of medicines was generated for some required tests to be done and handed over to the doctor. The doctor asked me if I was ready to pay the amount. I agreed to pay the bill, and after about 45 minutes, one doctor came to me and explained that the problem was indeed gas trouble. They were doing some blood tests and an LFT to make sure my wife was okay. Later, my wife was discharged, and I received 4 pages of test results, along with the bill, which cost me nearly 9,000. They also gave her a drip, though I'm not sure why. These hospitals simply loot our money. Beware of it. However, the service and the attitude of the staff were good, though.

Kannada people are treated like idiots here. None of the staff knows kannada. My father was admitted here. At every stage my parents went through hell, no one guides kannada people. At every stage, for 5 min appointment they made my parents run from counter to counter, person to person and still no one helped them. Until, I came and, realized only Hindi and English is required here. I spoke to atleast 20 staff non of them can understand kannada. Felt like outside inside Bangalor hospital 😮‍💨

I recently visited the hospital for a health check-up and had a very smooth experience. The entire process—from registration to consultations and diagnostics—was well organized. A special thanks to Devi Sree, the healthcare coordinator, who guided me throughout the process. She was very helpful, patient, and ensured everything was completed without confusion or delay. Overall, a very well-managed and comfortable experience

I was a staunch advocate of NH, their doctors and their staff. However, recently the quality of care has been terrible. 1. For basic tests like Echo, ECG, the wait is impossibly long. My mother has heart issues and she has to wait average of 2 hours or even more than 4 hours on weekends for a basic Echo and ECG before she can consult with the cardiologist. For an entire hospital they just have one Echo and ECG. 2. Emergency department is another nightmare. They have a capacity of only 7. Recently, I had to rush my mother to the Emergency as her blood pressure was more than 190 by 100. They flatly refuse to take her or even provide a basic triage. I am bound to this hospital because the cardiologist who treats my mother consults here, but I am seriously considering switching doctors and hospital where the care and the empathy towards patient is better. I sincerely hope someone in the management reads this and better equips this hospital.

I recently visited Narayana Hospital, HSR Layout, for a regular health checkup. The staff was prompt and courteous, making the registration process seamless. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and addressed all my questions thoroughly. The facility was exceptionally clean, and all tests were conducted efficiently. I appreciated the clear guidance provided throughout each step and the timely delivery of my reports. This hospital is highly recommended for responsible health screening. Special thanks to Sherlin for outstanding coordination and support

While the doctors here are genuinely good, the support staff and administrative services are the absolute worst. The appointment process is horrible, and the ground floor OPD reception and billing counter are a chaotic nightmare where you are forced to roam back and forth. Communication is non-existent—staff provide no clear directions on where to go, where to wait, or what to do next. They simply point a finger and leave you to figure it out yourself. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. Once you finally survive the billing horror, getting your check-ups, scans, and tests is even worse. The wait times are ridiculously long, and they sometimes even skip your turn entirely. Great medical care, but a completely exhausting and terrible experience for any patient.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with the health check-up services at Narayana Hospital. The entire process was well-organized, systematic, and completed on time without unnecessary waiting. What stood out the most was the dedicated counselor (Sherlin), who was extremely helpful, patient, and guided me clearly through each step of the check-up. Their coordination made the experience stress-free and easy to navigate. From registration to final reports, everything was handled efficiently, and the staff ensured easy access to all required services. Overall, a professional and well-managed healthcare experience. P.S: Visited on weekday.
