I booked a health check-up that clearly mentioned free physician and gynecologist consultations. During the first consultation, the doctor asked me to come back after completing one additional test. Before revisiting the clinic, we explicitly contacted customer support to confirm whether this would be a follow-up consultation and were clearly told that no payment was required.
Trusting this confirmation, we spent our time, money, and effort to visit the clinic again—only to be denied the consultation at the front desk, stating that only one consultation is free and that any follow-up must be paid.
This is either misrepresentation of services or a systematic way to fool patients—write one or two extra tests, call the patient again, and then demand payment. What makes it worse is that customer support themselves have no clarity about their own policies. If even your support team doesn’t know what is free and what is chargeable, how is a patient supposed to trust you?
The customer support is useless, the front desk is equally unhelpful, and they don’t even pick calls. Staff are extremely slow, unresponsive, and make patients wait unnecessarily without any explanation.
This clinic may look polished on the outside, but the operations, transparency, and patient handling are deeply flawed. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
