Easy access, clean rooms, good price and very cozy. Great for small groups. They only have three rooms and six beds. They give a electronic key to use which was great for me easily come and go whenever I wanted. It was a good rest.

This is an inn recommended on Lonely Planet. No one was at the inn where I was supposed to stay, so I called Narenjestan, and it happened that the inn had a twin room. The store owner is a very handsome young man named Pooria who speaks very good English. Pooria helped me a lot, including contacting reliable chartered tour drivers and helping me book tickets for subsequent trips. The inn does not have an independent bathroom and needs to share it, but there are few rooms, so it is not a big problem. The bathroom facilities are great and the room is decorated in an antique style. Although the breakfast is not a buffet, it is very rich and delicious and the tableware and tea sets are very exquisite.

We had the very best time at Ali‘s and Leili‘s House Narenjestan! It is such a calm and beautiful place. The staff is so so nice, the breakfast was simple but great and we enjoyed our stay a lot! We would definitely return to this hotel! The bathroom is shared but the whole house only has 4 rooms or so… and when we were there we were the only guests. Everything was super cute and super clean!

A quiet and beautifully restored traditional hotel in the heart of Yazd, with only 3 rooms inside. Bathroom & toilets have to be shared but with the limited number of guests, there should not be any problems. Friendly owners who speak perfect English, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, serene courtyard & a rooftop to see the sunset.... all make this hotel an excellent choice of accommodation in the desert city. Recommended!

Our family of four stayed in two rooms for 2.5 days at this house in December (2019). The owners (Leyli and Ali) and other staff were lovely, gracious, and very hospitable. The location in the old town was great as far as walking to places and transportation (off a main street, though kind of hidden in old town alleyways--we just rolled our suitcases a few minutes from the main street upon arrival though I'm sure it is accessible by car a different way). The house was quiet and at the time (low season) the third room was unoccupied. Breakfast was excellent and the house clean and spotless. Very charming place.

I stayed two nights and Ali was a great help, advising on trips and places to see. It's a beautifully restored house with all modern conveniences through out. While being super comfortable, they've done a really beautiful job of maintaining the character of the original building. Set just off the bustling main street, Narenjestan feels like your own home. The central courtyard is so nice to relax in during the heat of the afternoon. Having a full kitchen to use is a real plus too. The roof has great views over Yazd also. You can see the wind towers up close, it's amazing! I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay when in Yazd!

You NEED to stay here if you come to Yazd! Leili is an amazing host and staying here (in the best looking, friendliest alleyways in old town) was one of our most relaxing and atmospheric experiences in Iran. Leili's hospitality is really the cherry on top, you can tell she (and her husband) actually care about people and about being hospitable, it is not "just a business" for them. Recommend 100%!!!! (It is also really good value!)

小而精致的院落，有三间客房（非常干净），两个厕所，厕所是公用的，因为只有三间房，倒也没有什么不方便。男主人Ali，女主人Leili，来实习打工的大学男生 Azad，管理厨房的叫不上名字的大姐，所有人都非常nice，很愉快的入住体验。

Sehr gemütliches Hostel mit nettem Team. Im Lonely Planet gelistet, trotzdem immer noch sehr down to earth. Shared Bathroom, aber eh nur drei Zimmer, das ist also kein Problem. Das Frühstück wird in der Küche serviert, so hat man das Gefühl, gleich Teil der Familie zu sein. Die Besitzer sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Die Zimmer sind hübsch mit großen Fenstern.

2 nuits dans cette chambre d'hôtel très jolie et bien située. Nous étions 2 enfants et 2 adultes, dans 2 des 3 chambres de la maion. La décoration est très soignée ee et les chambres tres propres ( les sanitaires, partagés, le sont également). Accueil irréprochable Ali est très érudit et a toujours d'excellentes excursions à proposer. Grâce à lui nous avons passé des moments magiques

A central traditional place to stay in Yazd city, Iran. The owners are very friendly, helpful and speak perfect English. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. A place to repeat on another time in Yazd. Highly reccomended!

¡Maravillosa experiencia! Contactamos con ellos a través del e-mail que informaban Lonely Planet. Nos informaron que para las fechas que precisábamos, no tenían disponibilidad pero nos propusieron ayudarnos a encontrar alojamiento. Y así lo hicierin. Contratamos con ellos dos magníficas excursiones: Una a un bonito pueblo no turístico, dónde nos daban la posibilidad de conocer la vida real de los pequeños núcleos de población no turísticos de Irán. Horneamos pan y comimos el tradicional "dizi" cocinado sobre el fuego... Una experiencia única y preciosa. Muy recomendable. También fuimos a ver las estrellas para terminar una noche inolvidable. La otra excursión que contratamos fue al desierto y a cenar en un Caravanserai. Aunque en otros puntos de Irán contratamos una excursión similar, francamente la calidad y el encamto, así como el rigor de la información, no tenía nada que ver. ¡Muy recomendable! Alí y Leili hablan un perfecto inglés. Vivieron algunos años en Nueva Zelanda. Nos ayudaron muy amablemente con todo lo que precisábamos: reserva de hotel, infotinform sobre la ciudad, recomendación de lugares y restaurantes de interés... Incluyo nos ayudaron a encontrar un arroz iraní de calidad auténtico.

Excellent stay and service. Wonderful people. Ideally situated to explore Yazd. Great breakfast with delicious products (oh that carrot jam !). 10/10 would recommend (both the initial pension as well as the new, larger accommodation).
