The lab is very well organized and professionally handled. Machines and technology used is latest and very accurate. The reports are received in time. All in all would definitely recommend. All covid related precautions are being taken here.

Had a bitter experience. I got done ultrasound from them and the reports were clear (no stone) however after 3 months when repeated the USG at BL Kapoor hospital 13mm stone found in gallbladder. Never ever recommend this pathology lab to anyone.

Hopeless person sitting on the reception. My wife visited your blood test lab on 23rd March at 11 am in the morning . she was prescribed tests of VITAMIN D & VITAMIN B12 among other tests. Your staff was categorically told by my wife that she feels extraordinary pain therefore use a thin needle injection to withdraw the blood sample. Your person just refused saying that they do not have the thin needle and moreover the thin needle wastes unnecessary time since the blood then has to be transferred to the storage tube. My wife left with no choice agreed and as was predicted he pierced the arm and not finding blood veins he pierced her again and if that was not enough after piercing the needle he is probing around for blood. Can you imagine how much it would have hurt the lady. This staff of yours also had the audacity to tell my wife and I quote " humare pass to yehi needle hai agar karwana ho to karwao " Are these the manners of your staff. is this what your lab teaches them as to how to behave with the customers. is this how you impart training to your staff. My wife kept on crying for 15 minutes and finally she left your lab without giving her blood samples and in sheer disgust. We will never ever recommend NASA to anyone. We have personally made sure that the doctor also does not recommend your lab ever again . I also curse your unit that it will close down shortly due to inhumane treatment being metted out to the customers.

I have used this lab twice for my mothers MRI scan since they have an open machine and my mother is phobiatic about entering in closed machines. But the experience was really bad, to begin with the sole purpose to have an MRI report is defeated since most doctirs I showed those reports said the scan was extremely unclear and very difficult to read. They charge 3 times more than the market becaise the machine is open. Their staff is extremely rude especially the guy who does the MRI. There is no value of time since appt means nothing to them. All is all very bad experience......won't recommend them at all

Good performance in covid period. Give me blood reports on time. Best experience of sample collection boy. All staffs are very cooprative.

Its a nice lab for pathology test, but now a days there price i find higher then other labs like HOD and others

Be cautious before entering this money churning lab. They are so unprofessional that they charged me double the amount of a test which they themselves coated as 800rs only but when i visited the lab they asked me to pay 2500 rs for the same! Bad experience
