Review: Not Recommended I stayed at Nasmat Al Dyafa Hotel during my Umrah trip, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. 1. The staff and manager had no sense of professional communication—every interaction felt like unnecessary bargaining, delivered in a tone that was anything but courteous. 2. The basics were missing. There wasn’t even a washroom wiper available. 3. The bathroom had a constant foul smell, with no air freshener or any attempt to fix it. 4. Transportation commitments weren’t honored either; the ride from Makkah to Medina was delayed by two hours without any proper explanation. 5. Then come the room issues. A pigeon had built a nest at one side of the room, which meant constant wing-flapping and that loud ghoorr ghoorr sound—impossible to ignore. 6. The window lock didn’t work at all, and with the outside view looking unsettling at night, especially for kids, that felt unsafe. 7. The door of the adjacent room created a deep echo every time it opened or closed, strong enough to rattle the window in my room. 8. The lift situation was another headache: tiny, slow, and easily a ten-minute wait each time. If your room is on a higher floor, prepare for pure inconvenience. 9. The hot water issue, once a hotel water nozzle opened the water reduces its pressure and become weak/slow just like you shut it. The only place in this hotel i would recommend is the 1st floor canteen/cafeteria that contain a place to set also provide parcel to carry, also its prices are good enough as compared to outside Pakistani Hotels e.g if 1 plate chicken cost you 15 SR, here it cost you 10 SR , simple you can save 3-5 riyals on each dish/food items. Overall, this place failed on comfort, hygiene, professionalism, and even basic functionality. I would not recommend it to anyone. Thank You.
