I had booked a flat in 2023 at Natasha Atlantis. At the time of booking, your staff assured me that the possession would be given in 2025. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the booking and paid a token amount of ₹2,00,000. However, when I later visited for registration, I found that no work had commenced on the project. Your staff then informed me that the possession date had been delayed to 2027-2028. I immediately requested the cancellation of my booking and asked for a refund of my token amount. Since then, I have visited your office multiple times over 2 to 3 months, but faced continuous delays and unprofessional behavior, especially from your Thane office staff. Ultimately, Natasha Builders refunded only ₹1,75,000, deducting ₹25,000 without providing a valid reason for this deduction. I am extremely disappointed with the false commitments, poor service, and unethical deduction of my hard-earned money. Also, thanks to Google reviews — at least there's an option to give a 1-star rating. If it were possible, I would have rated your service zero.

Very good builder. I had purchased flat with Natasha group few years back Till date there is no complain on its quality. They always keep their commitment. I would definitely recommend people to purchase their house with Natasha group.

My experience has been extremely negative, particularly regarding the lack of an occupation certificate. Despite not having this crucial document, the developer is giving "soft possession" of the units. Once you move in, you risk being accused of illegally occupying the property, leaving you in a precarious position.Post-possession, the struggles only intensify. Essential services are unreliable, and the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. They consistently ignore complaints and fail to resolve issues. Furthermore, although the developer charges for access to the clubhouse, they provide numerous excuses for why it isn't available.The developer's slogan may claim, "We trust in God," but my experience has shown that this is far from the truth. The reality is a far cry from their promises, and I feel deceived by their actions.Potential buyers should be aware of these issues and think twice before engaging with this developer.

Unprofessional and rude office staff, fraud and miss leading policies. Not at all consumer friendly. I am disappointed after booking flat at Natasha Enclave at Vartak nagar (near shastri nagar circle). Please checkout all the necessary information before booking. Big no for Natasha Developers.

Natasha Developer, one of the trusted name while dreaming to own a house. I'm owning a house in one of their project in Thane.Very reliable builder who completes their project well in time. Even as a premier Banker we use to easily fund the customers who buy their dream house in any project of Natasha. Now, we understand that they are coming with their new project at Vikhroli. The staff at the builder office is skilled at insulting the customers. They are known for being extremely unprofessional and arrogant employees. Not completing any project on time, leaving the flat works half way, constantly demanding money from customers for various reasons is the specialty of Natasha developer.

Totally useless builder does not provide any amenities at all , no OC, no any facility .I was fooled even by amenities are mentioning in the registration documents, you should not be fooled take care....

I have taken a flat in this project and I m totally happy and satisfied. Builder has good name in the market for the Redevelopment projects. I m really happy to owe a flat in Natasha Group.

Natasha developer is very bad services providing they are only using adding marketing, dreams they are not providing services. It's west of time & many.
