She prefers to work v closely by answering every question through her assistant Harleen. Amazing!! Hii, A gratitude to Transform with Natasha🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Meeting and Making a start of diet with Natasha i truly believed it was a perfect decision of my life and Towards Health one step ahead.... The Diet plan given to me by Natasha is truly wonderful and perfectly understood what my body can be fitted and accepted the same... My weight which was actually 79.90 kgs before following the diet when it was one to one talk and now it has been went down to 73.90 kgs... Which is a better transformation actually which is loved by myself and true belief which i kept on me to followed the same and definately will move ahead for more Transformation in my self and in my Health.... I am 41 years old with 176 cms height and usual weight of 83-84 KG. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in month of Aug 25. Offcourse I started taking Thyroid medicine, but also started diet plan from Dr Natasha Kanade from Sept Last week. During first meeting/ interaction, She fully understood my routine and suggested diet plan without any major changes. Her team member Dr Harleen kept track of my daily routine as a dedicated coach. I had interactions Dr Natasha and team every fortnight. Today I am totally happy to share my positive review here and inform that I am weighing 82.1 KG today. Natasha is truly a gem of a person. Her positivity is infectious. Her team is extremely responsive. Their promptness is admirable. Natasha has been of great help to me. I have been working with Natasha for the last 6 months and I have been really impressed! I appreciate the customized menu that works to my busy schedule. I joined Natasha while I was already super active, clocking in atleast 2 hours of some form of exercise but wasn’t able to see any major movement towards my weight goals. I was in the pursuit of losing 5 extra kgs and was yo-yoing in the same range for over a year. I joined her program and within a week I saw 1 kg drop and my energy levels peaked. It has been over just a month and I am only 2.5 kgs away from my goal weight, without the crash diet fad, I am full through out the day and satiated without any cravings. I have allowed myself 1-2 cheat meals only throughout this period and that too out of social pressure and not because I was craving that food. I am super happy with my progress with Natasha and this is my first time ever being so consistent with my food.
