The freshest ice cream we've had so far. But it melts really quickly too. The icecream scoops from the pictures attached have already started melting by the time they reached our table.! Coming to the flavors, their tiramisu, belgian chocolate, mudpie and many more felt too subtle and are over powered by milk becoming the majority ingredient. But the flavors like mango were really fruity and well made. The unique offerings like orange pistachio, Dubai pistachio ice creams were flavorful and delicious. It'd be great if they come up with more sorbet offerings. The staff were kind enough to accommodate serving waffle cones separately. As the icecream melted quickly, cones wouldn't have been the ideal way to have them but the cones were nevertheless freshly prepared and crispy. The seating arrangement is completely outdoor with their air conditioned interior limited to the "tasting" experience. This could be quite uncomfortable going forward as the summers will scorch up the climate to be able to sit outdoor and enjoy a quickly melting dessert.! Service staff - quick and warm. The staff at the tasting station are also patient and suggest flavors. Parking - not sure about the parking availability over weekends as we parked on the street during midday on a weekday.

Naturals Now Ice Cream continues to be our all-time favourite, and this visit was no different. We genuinely love almost everything they serve. We tried quite a variety, but the Targola Sundae, as always, was the clear standout. Now we’re eagerly waiting for mango season to arrive so we can indulge in their Mango Sundae again! The Belgian Chocolate was fantastic, and the Orange Pistachio was equally delightful. However, the Blueberry Cheesecake and Raspberry felt a bit too strongly flavoured for our liking and could be skipped. Lovely ambience as always — a perfect place to unwind and enjoy great ice cream.

Absolutely loved this Naturals. They serve the best sundae’s. And the most loved Tadgola sundae was the best. They really have great choices and flavours, they are just available in this Naturals Now, not in every outlet. Should definitely visit this place to try different new ice cream flavours. Had the best experience.😋😋🍦🍨

Absolutely loved our visit to Naturals! The flavours and freshness were on another level — you can truly taste the quality in every scoop. We tried the Tiramisu, which was creamy, smooth, and beautifully layered with that perfect coffee kick. The Tender Coconut ice cream was outstanding as always — light, refreshing, and naturally sweet, with that iconic fresh coconut taste Naturals is known for. The surprise favourite was the Passion Fruit Sorbet: vibrant, tangy, and incredibly refreshing, it felt like a burst of tropical freshness. Overall, an amazing experience — Naturals never misses!

Pretty Good ice creams and Sundaes. They have a rotating menu so they change the menu items every season. They have live churning counters to witness them live. HQ of Naturals ice-cream is located above the store in the same building. Was able to meet the founders during the launch event several years ago. I had the Blueberry Cheesy Sundae and my friend had the Tiramisu ice cream.

This is the first Naturals outlet in Juhu and serves not only their speciality scoops of natural ice cream flavours but also sundaes and milkshakes. Today we tried:- Caremark crunch 5⭐️ No sugar Mango 5⭐️ Raspberry chocolate 5⭐️ Sitaphal 5⭐️ Tiramisu 5 ⭐️ All the flavour was sweet and indulging in our mouths. I highly recommend coming with friends and family and enjoying the dessert time. I would rate my experience 5/5.

Tadgola sundae was worth the hype. There was a big crowd outside and had to wait 10-15 min to get seated on a Monday evening so can't imagine the weekends. They take your name and call you in order so that's good management. I tried mixed fruit tadgola as well which has starwberry in the bottom, tadgola in the middle and passion fruit at top all with ice cream. The ice cream in the sundae where just average.

Unlike other outlets where the flavors are served from pre-made batches, here they churn the ice cream fresh, add fresh fruit pulp and you can genuinely taste the difference. I’ve always loved Naturals, but I can confidently say that I had the best ice cream so far at this outlet. The freshness alone makes it worth visiting, and the live preparation adds a fun, interactive element that makes the visit memorable. I’ve frequently heard about this popular ice cream spot and the constant buzz surrounding it. No matter the day or time, it’s typically packed with customers eager for their favorites. Fortunately, we visited during a quiet moment and enjoyed our selections without delay. The venue fully lives up to its reputation, offering a diverse range of innovative ice cream flavors that set it apart from standard parlors. Portions are generous, with fillings extending to the bottom of the crisp, well-crafted cones that are a delight to eat. Their sundaes, the top-selling item, are exceptionally delicious and an absolute must-try. Overall, this spot merits a visit whenever you’re in the area.

We have been regular patrons and were excited to try it at the flagship store. Had ordered the tadgola sundae and mango passion fruit sundae in takeaway but they ended up giving us the ice creams despite it being almost double the cost. Not expected from naturals. Travelled from chembur to juhu (12 km) because the tadgola flavour isnt available everywhere.

We tried a variety of their sundaes — Tiramisu, Mousse, Mudslide Sundae, Baklava Sundae, and Blueberry Cheesecake Sundae — and every single one stood out in its own way. The Tiramisu Sundae had the perfect balance of coffee flavor and creamy texture, while the Mousse Sundae was rich, smooth, and heavenly for chocolate lovers. The Mudslide Sundae was indulgent, layered beautifully with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and crunchy bits that gave it a satisfying texture. The Baklava Sundae was truly unique — a perfect fusion of the nutty, syrupy baklava with creamy ice cream, offering a delightful mix of crunch and sweetness. Finally, the Blueberry Cheesecake Sundae was refreshing and tangy, a perfect end to the tasting journey. Every dessert tasted fresh and thoughtfully crafted. The presentation was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. Overall, Natural exceeded our expectations — a must-visit for anyone who enjoys premium, inventive desserts that balance flavor, texture, and creativity perfectly. We’ll definitely be going back!

Tried : strawberry cheesecake- 4/5 (good) Mudslide sundae-3/5 (very dry) Seat arrangements are good but mosquitoes will not let you enjoy the desert!

As someone who's frequented the Mangalore outlet I thought the Mumbai one would be great too, but there's no indoor seating and this place is situated right infront of ongoing constructions which is annoying. Plus they took forever to serve one sundae and I had to remind them 2-3 times when most tables were empty and bigger parties came after us were served.

I am from delhi so I'm partial to the Big Chill Creamery. But for the price it's difficult to beat Natural Now. I just wish the waiting time gets reduced by at least half. Pro tip - don't order the sundaes instead order two scopes and make your own sundae. The best part is that it costs the same.

It’s good one but it’s too much hyped place — long queue are surprising as it was a just naturals ice cream presented in different way — was good but not worth the wait of 40 minutes in queue —

Since childhood we’ve always frequented the Natural’s ice cream store… However, this time when I visited Mumbai, a friend introduced us to Natural’s now ice cream shop which is also their family owned ice cream store, but only has one location in the Juhu area. I was highly impressed with the variety of their flavors and excellent tasting desserts. I highly recommend this ice cream parlor…

It may be good but management needs to improve the speed of service if one has to wait 45 minutes for take away not really good idea to wait just a KM away the first Natural outlet is better option in quick service
