Personal war nett das Essen war zu salzig. Lieber Finger weg es war auch teuer. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen. Schade. Das Zimmer war auch sehr kalt. 2500 + 500 Essen 3000 Afg

To begin with, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the room was clean. Otherwise I would give it 0 stars if I could. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was clean, equipped with hot water, and a functioning heater, my experience with the service was disappointing. We asked about laundry services and were told they offer it, so they picked up our clothes. They also offered us tea, which we accepted. However, upon checking out, we were surprised to be charged 1200 AFG for laundry and 50 AFG for the tea. Costs that were never mentioned upfront. When we questioned this, they insisted that it was our responsibility to ask about prices, even though we were under the impression that such services were included, especially since breakfast (which was never clarified as free or paid) was complimentary. This lack of transparency and communication about costs left a bad taste. Be wary when booking here, this experience was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Upon speaking to the owner of the hotel, he was rude, and condescending with us and to top it all off, the way he treated and spoke to his employees was especially saddening. Safe to say we will not be returning.

The hotel is in a very good location. Rooms are clean. There is security. As a tourist from another country, I asked if laundry service is included in the price (the price is relatively high). First they said yes and when I dropped off my laundry they said it is 300 Afg extra. I would not have taken the room, if I knew I had to pay extra. The manager was not helpful at all. I also asked if they could call a bus company for me to arrange transport to the next city. They said this is not possible, but this was possible for every other hotel I staid in. They say they are there for your service, but when it comes to providing the services, they do not follow through. Basically a cheap hotel cosplaying as a fancy one.

The Nazary 4 Star Hotel offers good value for the price. While the rooms aren't spectacular and the beds aren't super comfortable, the staff are friendly and everything works as it should. The AC is always functioning well, and the bathrooms are clean. The breakfast won't win any awards, but it's solid and fills you up. For the price, this is one of the better options in the city in my opinion.

Nice place which is being renovated as we speak, so hopefully the rooms will live up to the 4 star supposed rating they gave themselves. The staff However goes out of their way to make you welcomed

El personal top 10/10 , pero la habitación no funciona el bater, ducha sin agua caliente El desayuno fue bien

It's not bad better than more of other hotels in the city

We stay here for one night after Eid Ramazan1404 year , the staff are professional , kind the room is clean and the location is excellent, the price is compressive good
