Disappointing Experience with Customer Service at Nazih Barsha Mall Branch
I have been a loyal customer of Nazih for over two decades, frequenting both the Sheikh Zayed and Deira branches since 2001. Throughout the years, I have always been satisfied with the quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff. However, my recent experience at the Barsha Mall branch has left me deeply disappointed.
I recently purchased an electronic curling dryer from Nazih for the first time. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be faulty, as it would overheat and stop working every time I attempted to use it. I took it back to the store twice during the warranty period for it to be checked and fixed. Regrettably, on both occasions, the dryer was returned to me in the same defective condition. Eventually, the dryer malfunctioned to the point of burning out.
During my final visit to the store, I requested an exchange for the faulty product. To my surprise and disappointment, I was informed that exchanges were not possible. Feeling helpless, I left the broken machine at the store, uncertain of what to do next.
This experience has left me disheartened, and I have decided that it will be my last time purchasing electronic items from Nazih. While I will continue to use their other products due to their quality, this incident has led me to question how future issues with their products will be handled. It is disconcerting to have lost confidence in the support and service provided by a brand that I have trusted for so many years.
I hope that Nazih will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving their customer service, particularly at the Barsha Mall branch, to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar disappointments in the future.
