Customer service at the store is not good. When product is unsatisfactory, they can’t do anything since it’s opened. How do we know the result if we’re not going to use the product? The exchange policy doesn’t make any sense. We are regular corporate client but that doesn’t matter to them at all.

I love these products they suit my hair very well, the leave in is sooo light which keeps the volume in the hair but guves it the best shape i love it and totally rev if especially for curly hair
