The manager, Ms. SAFA Fathi is an amazing person. She was paying attention to those who had been standing for a long time and she came and enquired if I needed anything, and she extended her generous amazing customer service to me. Great leader 👏 👍

Have parking issues..asking to pay 0.300 fills for parking but they don't give payment receipt,we here to do office work if I didn't get payment receipts company will not pay that money .it was really unexpected nbb should provide free parking for there customers.

Worst branch. EXTREMELY SLOW WORK.

The bank is now new building, in side Salmaniya multi level car parking building. There are 24hr ATM and Deposit machine. Lots of Pay parking available - Clean and tidy closed parking area. Near by cafe available.

One teller working and 2 empty seats, took a long time for simple thing, the service was better before now declined unfortunately

The time schedule shows Thrusday open 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm ( Afternoon ), but they closed before 5:30 ( my arrival time ). I suggest them to change the schedule if there is any changes of time

Conveniently located. Always busy as it is close to busy area. Staff is friendly and service is good. Have some good investment products. Faster account opening process.
