I was a NBK client for over 20 years, I've had an account with them since I was 18. I have excellent credit history and even paid off my dues during the lockdown... I recently got another job and when my previous employer deposited my end of service, NBK locked my account and cancelled my credit cards even though I have no dues or loans and even my credit card was paid off yet they blocked 110% of the limit from MY cash for ten days until they cancel it AND I ALSO provided all documents to state I am currently employed (at a very reputable firm I may add and I'm at an executive level) and the NBK employee said "currently we are not offering facilities to expats" ... thank you NBK for rewarding your loyal customers so I'm off to another bank
