I have credit card since long time, when it must renew they didn’t make it, when i asn why that happen, they said my salary limit less and you can’t habe ot, but still opened and they take flexible payment. How come they are taking mony from my personal account to a credit card I can’t open it !!!’nn

After 14 years of holding account, cards and surely having good credit score too as every payment done on time, NBK didn't feel the courtesy to even inform before cancelling Credit Card, owing to my company-sponsor change. I had to bear the brunt of it and embarrassment during an international travel. Thus now when moving to a bank in Kuwait, who will accept to hold an account and give me a premium Credit Card, to get a clearance certificate, NBK is shamelessly charging me 5 KD, and the Thahabi Account Manager didn't even feel the need to even try and retain a customer. Guess they don't need much customers.

It says it will be closed at 3pm, but I arrived at 2:20pm and it is closed already! Seriously? Ramadan time it is not the reason to cover lack of desire to work. Why branch is closed 40 minutes earlier than it supposed to be? I'm respecting everyone's time and special circumstances, and differentworking hours, but noone respects our time, when we spend it to arrive with hope it is still working, but it is closed.

I am sorry but keeping customers waiting for over 30 minutes and being available only until 3pm on a working day is unacceptable. Any bank can deposit my salary and maybe offer a credit card at least? Very disappointed

To finish early have less clearance work they will not accept other bank cheques on Thursdays after 12 pm giving a silly reason that the system is down. They will accept NBK cheques but not any other bank. I mean seriously is the the way you treat your customers . Only Mr Waleed is professional everyone else is inadequate.

Salmiya branch is Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Kuwait. Just for an enquiry they have asked me to sit for a while to check without any token given, it’s been an hour still I’m waiting to clear my quiry but didn’t happend and I left.

Rude guy behind ladies in the windows, telling me it was none of my business to ask where was the only lady who was working, LOL, the worst customer service!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER BRANCH! Girls take break, using phones, nobody is working! And then the guy is telling you "none of your business " ...

Friendly but not everyone is capable. Over the last few visits my waiting time (as a so called privilege customer) averaged 45 minutes. Just for waiting.

It is currently 9:19am and the bank is still closed. Edit after receiving a response: To clarify, the website still stated 9:00am. The bank should be responsible by changing the operating hours during holidays and Ramadan.

للاسف بعد التجربة المباشرة وجدت ان بعض الموظفين المختصين بتفسير الشروط و القوانين للعملاء غير كفؤ على الإطلاق

Long wait, slow system.. even though I used premium service, but the staff were very polite

عشان بطاقتي منتهيه مسكرين حسابي ما اقدر اسحب ولا فلس ولما خذيت صوره من برنامج هويتي ساعه كامله وانا انطر للاسف خدمه جدا فاشله لما تبي تروح تاخذ قرض تخلص معاملتك بالدقايق اما الامور الثانيه الله يعين المراجع حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Went to two other branches and they were not helpful. Tried this branch and the girl handling Thahabi account was much more helpful.

Both their deposit machines were broken early this morning

Waiting!!!!! Only 1 employee on each department.. Ridiculous!
