Very good customer service at the Sabah Salem branch! For a change, both the Manager and the CS Exec. Who helped me were courteous, smart, empathetic and "made things happen!!". The front desk was welcoming too!!! The biggest bank in Kuwait also does things in a simple sensible manner! Big, Sensible, Simple. You guys deserve all the 5 stars!!!

Very bad service I close my cc on 19 oct with the lady in the front desk Then waiting for 10 days for clearance letter On 29th oct I go to apply for clearance letter in T1 branch but turn out my account is still active I don’t understand why the staff doing such a mistake Since i really need this clearance paper for withdrawal my money in another bank for my surgery

النجمتين لموظفه الاستقبال فقط. كاونترين بس شغالين من اصل ٤ والدور واقف من نص ساعه ماتحرك وعدد الانتظار بتزايد وفي ناس طفشت ومشت

The Customer Service at this NBK Branch is excellent . The Lady at the reception was very Humble .I needed 6 months statement . And there were 28 pages . Usually it is 1 kd per page , So 28 kd . But at this Branch using the Interactive teller machine service you can get it free of charge if you have a valid civil id . My physical Civil id was expired , So the lady at the Reception Scanned the My Kuwait Id app and gave the 6 months statement to me free of charge .

Pretty busy branch, if you are at 1 don’t expect to finish in less than an hour (teller service)

Worst Service ever in my life, applied my clearance certificate in the bank they told within 2 weeks u will get a call received the call 1 month later when i called customer care and when went to collect it they gave me a expired date certificate which is not valid had to pay again a total of 5 kd twice the staff name AJMAL RASHEED poor service and rude talk 0 ratings for NBK 👎

انا من سكان صباح السالم من فتره قليله جدا ... هذا اسوء فرع للبنك الوطني !!! مكينه الحسب الالي للسيارات طول الوقت خربانه و نضطر ننزل من السيارة حتى نستخدم الجهاز الخاص بالمشاة . الان احنا واكفين خمسة اشخاص و كل الاجهزة عطلانه !!!! خير ان شاءالله.

The Bad Service ever and i still didn’t get my deposit back. No answer call.

بالنسبة الى البنك كانت زيارة الى مدير الحسابات لإنجاز معاملة تخصني لكن مع الأسف الموقع ازدحام وجهاز السحب مزدحم والمواقف وكذلك من الداخل كان ازدحام غريب في هذي المنطقة لكن كانوا الموظفين متعاونين وخلوقين وانجزوا معاملتي في دقائق وشكرا الى الإداريين والعاملين.

Thanks God they take deposits at the ATM, but not at their Drive-thru ATM. has been a life savor for some after working hour deposits.

The usual excellent service but I wish there were services for businesses.
