NCL Pune Sub Post Office

Zero Star. Though the timing states open till 6 pm, the counters for public interactions are open only till 3 pm. On top of that, they have collective lunch hour from 1.30 pm to 2 pm. Ridiculous.

Hope I could be able to give them zero star. I wanted to do adhar update but first they will tell you to book an appointment for after one week. And when you reach at the time of appointment then they will give you n number excuses of service down. Majorly you will listen that OTP is not coming. Hope this will help you others to see other options for adhar related problems without wasting their time.

NCL के परिसर में अवस्थित है। 4-5 अधिकारी कार्यरत हैं। हेल्पिंग नेचर के हैं। बहुत भीड़ नहीं होती। आप अपना आधार भी अपडेट करवा सकते हैं। आधार अपडेट के लिए 11.30 से 1 बजे का समय।

I would prefer to give 0 star if possible. I was returned 3 times even after taking physical appointment. Everytime you visit there they will just reschedule the appointment to any other random dates. Recommend you to just not go there.

All sorts of Services understand Indian postal categories available at this PO. Moreover no crowding, so one can carryout your task at your pace. Personnel working here are friendly , helpful & courteous.

I have called for enquiry. That was the 1st post office calls which have been picked.. other wise either other branches near old sangavi picked up the call or numbers unavailable.. They have directed promptly n precisely ... thank you so much!!👍😊

Worst experience ever!! No wonder India Post is doing so poorly. Dont have the simple decency to talk to customers. They think own the Post Office. Extremely rude and rowdy staff with zero manners. Dont know how they even got the job in first place.

Staff don't cooperate! I went twice to send a parcel. First they said service closed after 3:30 pm then next day I was waiting in queue, they left for lunch. I requested them that I too have to go to office & cannot come frequently just to send a parcel. The staff just ignored & left. Timings should be clearly mentioned & at the least one staff should be available through the working hours at a counter. Hope necessary action is taken!

The PO is very efficient. From an experience in 5 PO, the aadhar update department is the best amongst them. Mr Chandere is a sincere pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable person working on the aadhar related jobs Sincere thanks to him. May the government have many more such employees, interaction with whom makes our work smoother and the faith in the government departments stronger.

Opening hours: 10:00 am-6:00 pm on weekdays. Speed post only up to 3 pm. Located inside the NCL colony which is the campus opposite to NCL. If you encounter one of the warm employees they take your speed post after 3 pm which will be scheduled for next day and give you the tracking id. Other employees here simply refuse to do that. Postal employees are essential but they seem unenthusiastic about their job.

I wish I have zero rating point or may be minus for this place. The staff is so arrogant and lazy ....look like they have target of finishing one work in 30 minutes irrespective of easiness of work. Staff never cooperate. They are public servant but they think they are owner of this department. They got immense satisfaction by seeing people standing in a queue in front of them. If you have work there forget that they will respond in a single time. Government should expel these inefficient and un professional people from this department. They are biggest liability to us. The latest UPI push is useless in this post office. I have to pay for twice and that too with failure because they shown the network error. Sense of communication is not there in staff. Nobody in this PO knows the meaning of politeness. The worst part is they are behaving like it since last 8 years. I don't know whether there is audit of their work or not. A good place rotten by usesless staff.

They are very helpful. Actually I did a mistake in writing address and my parcel got delayed due toh insufficient address. They helped to get my parcel back. Thank you for help

Staff doesn’t value customer time at all. Asked for stamps and was told to wait 5 mins after which I was told that stamps aren’t available. Which could’ve been done right away but people here aren’t held accountable for efficiency Was asked to come multiple times with a new excuse provided each time. Needed 4 visits to resolve my parcel problems

Not good. My experience was not good.

One of the worst staffs. They don't want to work. May be interested only in salary. Very arrogant and not helpful. The answer to all questions is NO or don't know or simply they will ignore you (as if you are not there).

Had a very bad experience here. I visited the post office to add mobile number in aadhar card. Looks like they are following their own rules and procedures. They are giving appointment of 1+ months to visit them again and update aadhar card.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. These people should learn from the Bhandarkar Road branch. I will never come here again.

I am frm West Bengal. I have sent a letter to Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology. I have called them via landline they pickup my call and told me that Postmaster till now hasn't come back, don't worry, it will deliver by today! Good Sevice!

Hopeless, useless PO. Wanted to send an international parcel. They just refused it without giving any valid reasons. The same parcel was taken by Balewadi PO. Wish some one make the people working accountable
