I spent 1200 for a replacement remote key, it was faulty from day 1, twice I went to shop to set it right. Third time also it came off, spring was missing. He hesitated to replace the spring to rectify it. Ultimately using this as a spare key. Having spent 1200 its useless now. All these look alike can never replace original keys. It shows in the quality
To the owner’s point - had your quality been good and sturdy enough, the key set wouldn’t have come apart. Original keys, first quality keys don’t come off that easily, irrespective of handling. You yourself said these quality keys are to be handled soft. Pl accept it was of poor quality, rather than blaming it on your customer. Had you offered to replace it, I would’ve even paid for a new one, but u defended it with our handling n didn’t even offer to change a spring.
