I went to this shop falling for their YouTube videos, my direct experience is, this shop is not worth visiting for retail purchases. YouTube videos are baits to bring you to the shop, you won’t see any of the price range they boast in their YouTube videos. When I asked for discount they said fixed price but the joke is, there is no price tag in any of their jewellery pack, for us to know what really the fixed price is! means whatever price they quote becomes their fixed price and that is non negotiable 😀 But they are very cordial in attending to the customers and tirelessly showing the collections, it is good shop for Sowcarpet local retail buyers others please look out in your own locality or on-line with good return policy that might be much cheaper comparatively.

Who the hell are you to talk about my future I'm a permanent resident here You don't know to train your staff how to treat the customer When I asked about the product details He never say that it's for wholesale He said me go and watch full video and call And he was talking about the range saying that you can't afford So all of you need a proper training for running a store I know the police station you are talking about I'll call and give complain on your shop I have voice record also Better for you to talk polite to save your life. No customer service I'm in abroad I contacted them to buy for my wedding But he is talking nonsense Saying that "it's not for you Go and watch full video and come" And they are talking about the range One guy said that minimum you have to buy for 25k And he handover call to Some Niranjan This guy waste fellow He is saying minimum you have to purchase for 10k when I don't talk about the price They are not ready to help My home is far from their shop The first guy was keep on asking to send somebody to visit the shop directly from my home If I'll send my parents They will behave the same with them Then I need to complain in Police for fraudulent activity

High cost, waste of time and money. Do not trust youtube reviews. Bad customer experience.

Best shop to purchase wholesale. Customer service is good. There is no return so checking and buying is good. There is no rent options. Price is okay not that high comparing to other shops. Think if you want to buy then this place is suitable. They won't give for rent.

Neelkanth Jewellers are awesome people where the quality is unbeatable and also their prices. They are best in the market and helped us set up our entire showroom with their authentic jewels. The pricing is also reasonable and the salespeople over there are friendly. They patiently listen to us and show every item and the existing stock for us to decide and purchase. The father and his sons are quite friendly and help us to purchase the right product at the right price.

bought necklace for 3.2k but they didn’t even provide one plastic box for maintaining it. never ever have the mindset to bargain. yu can’t event reduce single penny out of bargaining.

Don't trust this shop, very bad customer servise, what ever they are telling in you tube not true. Don't go to this shop not worth at all, not even one star.

After watching on YouTube,we also went to this shop, but on reaching there we found that the jewelry value was not available as per the price. Only your time wasted
