Neelum Good View, Neelumvalley, AJK

As someone who has known visited and promoted this place for over 5 years, I'm sorry to say it has gone to shoot because the host no longer cares about his guests. I visited this week after 2 years and the vibe, the food and the hospitality is all less than one star now. The place is always full of weird men traveling in cheap toys groups, the food is flavorless, up into 2 years ago they had some of the best food and even had local cuisine, but now they only have flavorless food. When I asked them to make something separately they did not listen to any instructions I gave and later made me feel bad about not looking their food. The bathrooms are in serious need to repair and renovation. You can get better experience and rooms in half the price they quote. It is heart breaking to see a place I really liked become this.

The rooms at this mountain resort were incredibly comfortable, with stunning views and tasteful decor that made for a cozy retreat. The service was exceptional—staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met and making us feel right at home. Personally i had a great time at this beautiful resort and definitely recommend it and thank the staff for such amazing service

It's very nice for vacation.

A very nice place to stay. They have the best view and lawn along the river. They also serve you food outside which is amazing. Food is very very expensive though, however you cannot get better food anywhere in Neelum except Valley Trackers. Staff is also very friendly and cooperative.

Neat and clean rooms and washrooms. A very impressive view in front of the resort. Also the owners are very good people (amazing and compressive) We spend good and comfortable time with them. Thank You To all for giving the good services and everything.

We had booked three rooms at this hotel for 3000 each, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel rooms lacked cleanliness, and one of the rooms had issues with leaks from both the sink and the commode. The ventilation was extremely poor, leading to unpleasant odors in the rooms. Staying here turned out to be the worst decision we made, especially considering we had been swayed by numerous positive reviews on Google Maps, which now seem mostly fabricated. Despite our initial reservations, we had to proceed with the stay since we had already paid through easypaisa. It's hard to believe that anyone in their right mind could rate this hotel highly. When we raised concerns about the washrooms, the owner refused to even listen. Everything about this hotel, from the internet and food to the rooms, was below par. This was truly the most unpleasant stay of my life. Thankfully, the next day, we had the chance to experience something better as we stayed at the Timber Resort in Upper Neelum, which turned out to be an amazing experience.

Although Kiren Vally don't have very high-class hotels but Neelum Good View is a good hotel, particularly the scenery where you have Indian Occupied Kashmir right from your room window. Having good lawn full of apple trees where sitting and enjoying view is unmatched. The feeling that that at one side of Neelum River is Pakistan and India at the other side is very unique. Recommended for stay at Kiran Valley.

Good Place For Travellers It is on the main road. This resort have River view point Food Quality is great if you want to eat healthy meal and wanna live in comfortable environment this place is highly recommended for you. Staff is very competative. They know everything to please you.

A perfect family resort, good for large groups. The food available is of average quality and taste but the resort is quite good and the rent is very reasonable. The place is accessible Athmuqam to keeran. view here is amazing . indian border side and with river side its just amazing

Superb place with fantastic view. This place is absolutely amazing. I don't have words to describe the beauty of this place. There is river Neelum Right infont of this resort. Smooth flow of the river water along with lush green trees on its banks take away ones heart. I do not have any hesitation in saying that if someone is planning to visit Neelum Valley, do plan a night stay at keran. Highly recommended

Beautiful surroundings; lush green mountains, high flowing Neelum river and easily accessible location. This place has a big lawn at river side to sit and walk and also eat Bar B Q food there.

Neelum Good View Hotel does justice with its name. As you can see in the picture. Just on the other side of the Neelum River you can se IOK too.

Hotel pine park is the best resort in neelum Valley. They serve you with fresh food, warm water, best tea and clean rooms.. The front view is beautiful and eye catching...

Its is one of the most exciting trips as I can see India and Pakistan border. Most peaceful scenery and goosebumps in whole body. Life time experience

Great resort with an equally great view. Walk around River Neelum or just sit across it and enjoy a hot beverage. The staff is reasonable and the place has wi-fi connectivity.

The location was awesome. The staff is very cooperative. But the problem is the generator is not working properly The light is gone every 2 hours and the network is not working in this place.

I think this one of few hotels in Keran Valley that are well maintained and facilities are good. Staff was fully cooperative. There is always space for improvement but it was good experience
