Decent store for ethnic dresses for women’s. The way they have maintained is nice but staff is quite lazy and will just say all is in front of you, choose what you like. No setting to show by staff

Amazing collection and under budget. I went to this shop a few days back because I needed a lehenga with detailed work but under budget. They have collections of high range as well and even with lower budget range. Usually shops with lower budget don't have a great collection but to my surprise Neeru's did. I picked a pink beautiful lehenga choli under very less budget and even got it altered in a couple of days from them. You should definitely check it out. They have a lot of different types of collection, colour range, great quality budget friendly lehengas.

I visited your store today and purchased a dress for my mother. Although the store is quite large, it was disappointing to see that you do not even have an ironing machine. This is very poor and pathetic service, especially for a store of this size. I expected much better.

Very poor quality clothing. Just after 1 wash that too in automatic machine with gentle mode, the kurta got torn from 2 sides. It was my first buy & this dress costed Rs 4000/- which was on higher side but just bought because I liked the designing. Highly disappointed.

I bought 3 tops from Neerus and i had hardly worn one of them and found a tear in the top. I took the top back to them and they were not ready to acknowledge the poor quality of the cloth. And they just got their tailor to restitch the tear which was clearly showing lack of ownership of the poor quality of cloth and poor customer service and lack of empathy. Review dated 6 December 2024 Spoke to the lady at the store and they have been supportive. They told me to come to the store and pick up any item and if more expensive than happy to pay the extra and get a Neerus to wear. So I am waiting for the weekend to pay a visit to them. Thank you Neerus for helping me continue to keep faith in your brand.

Very bad experience we purchased sprees tooo costly and given blouse to stitch there but the tailor not stiched properly. Owner should see personally into it why customer should bear loss WE were expecting good services from Neerus

Lovely shop! Good craftwork, great designs and a lovely and vast collection... Hats off to the workers present especially Vaishali for listening to us and figuring out what we wanted even before we knew it! Truly lovely place, 5/5 experience!! Will definitely visit again.

I had a bad experience with the place, bought two lehengas, and the manager asked rs 1600 for alteration and did not give a bill for the same,I have been a loyal customer for Neeru’s mumbai, but this cheating is spoiling the brand name of neeru’s

I frequently shop at Neerus and generally love their clothing collection. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I purchased a dress for my haldi function, and despite requesting alterations due to a mix-up, the dress remained unchanged when I received it. Another customer in the store had a similar issue, leading me to conclude that their service team is pathetic and needs improvement.

Asma the store assistant manager was very helpful for selecting the outfit. She helped me choose the best one and the alterations were done right away and given to me. Very good priced dresses and gowns. Please go ahead and shop. Collection is good and you won’t regret after purchasing. It’s worth it

They are very professional and do their job very well. The tailor does excellent job in fitting and stitching blouses too. And they deliver as per scheduled date. Loved it!

Bought a saree, good collection however, i would recommend to have more modern sarees for formal function. Overall, I'm happy with my experience. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Master jii tailored my sarees blouse in just one day on request, I'm very gratefully for that 🙂. To summarise, amazing collection and staff. Thank you.

I have just bought my wedding lehenga from this amazing store! I have got it just the way i have wanted. Aasma is an amazing talented fashion designer who listened to all my expectations wholeheartedly and showed me the collection just the way I wanted. This shop is for all sorts of customers who are looking forward to get dreamily dolled up on your special day🙌🏻

My experience was extremely bad. I had bought a dress and I had to exchange it due to size issue. But later there was issue regarding finishing of that kurta. After being their fault itself, they didn't care to change it. Atleast they could've provided a separate piece of that type. Instead they were like " Aap wash karoge toh jayega hi na sir woh baadme". Then why do you wanna keep such cheap stuff after all. Quality should be your first most priority and not your shop's inventory. I'd like to suggest everyone to never really visit this store because 1. Unnecessarily Overpriced 2. Quality not upto the mark 3. Staff's behaviour isn't really good. If I get a chance, I would really raise escalations to higher employees as well.

It's a beautiful store. The staff is amazing there they really great patience for their customers. We are having our interaction with Asma who is a great help to the would be brides. She exactly knows what the brides want in their lehenga. Must visit store.

Shopping is herculean task for me & my dad, but this time in Neerus with Asma was amazing. It took only few minutes to decide and finalize the things with satisfaction. We are usually not convinced easily but she managed smoothly. She gave her 100% in each and every single doubts which we had. If you are looking for any party wear or want to do shopping for any wedding functions then go ahead with Neerus, Asma will help you out.

This place by far is the best for Indian wear. They have a huge collection to select from. I always have an amazing experience here. Asma is excellent to shop with. She gives good recommendations on what to buy. Highly recommend!!

The collection at Neeru's is worth a visit, you will not come empty handed. They have well-designed and unique pieces. But that is in common that Neeru's collection is worth a take, however this review goes to the one of the staff member's - ASMA at the store. She was well equipped with all the information about the collection, guided us with lehenga design - variety, availability,colors and gave good suggestions in regards to styling. Was helpful when it came to trying the outfit and fitting.

Worst experience ever. No proper service nothing is there in allignment. I purchased lehanga worth Rs.28k i had given them for finishing after keeping it for a week they handed over to me without making any changes. They didnt provide chain, dori etc. They did not do any kind of finishing work.They do not have packaging stuff they handed over lehenga to me in a normal paper bag. Pathetic after sales service for any kind of alteration they are charging us that to they wont tell you at the time of alteration they will tell us after a week at the time of making the changes they will call us and brief about the charges. In non season period if they are reacting so slow just imagine if we go to these people in season time. I personal feedback is dont purchase from any of their stores till the time these people realise the imporatance of customers and after sales service. These people should need to improve their packaging at the time of handing over their stuff.
