Communication is very bad and the guy called Afzal doesn't communicate at all after giving a timeline. Can find better bag manufacturers for OEM who have communication for new customers. Being a customer, I am opt to give out real time feedbacks so other customers don't get hurt. I agree I had just 4 products to be developed - they cant provide a pricing right after they give me a timeline and say that it takes time after not answering any calls doesn't feel right to me. 4 products are easy to give out quotes or even a bit of communication on the delay would have worked. Folks - I contacted other manufacturers and their response is what everyone wants!
