My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing. My patient’s bedsheet was not changed for 12 consecutive days, which is a clear example of very poor hygiene and serious negligence. Cleanliness is a basic responsibility in any hospital, but it was completely ignored here. Even after 12 days, the patient’s illness was not properly diagnosed. Despite the lack of clear diagnosis and improvement, a bill of ₹25,00,00 was charged. Such a huge amount is not affordable for a common person, and the charges did not seem justified compared to the services provided. I also have serious concerns regarding the behavior of the Administrator. The manner of speaking was inappropriate and insensitive. Communicating with patients and their families respectfully, patiently, and clearly is a basic responsibility, but that was not experienced here. Even after raising a complaint, no satisfactory response was given. Healthcare is not just a business but a matter of responsibility and sensitivity. Transparency, hygiene, and honest treatment are essential in healthcare services. The management should immediately review the Administrator’s working style and communication approach and take strict corrective action.

माझे पेशंट अद्विका पवार रस्त्यावर एक्सीडेंट झाला आणि आम्ही इमर्जन्सी हॉस्पिटल ला घेऊन आलो आणि तेथील डॉक्टर रोहन शहा व इतर स्टाफ यांनी अतिशय लवकरात लवकरं ट्रीटमेंट देऊन बाळाला वेंटिलेटर लावलेला होता अतिशय क्रिटिकल कंडिशन असताना आम्ही एकदम डॉक्टरांनी समजून सांगून आम्हाला पूर्ण धीर देऊन एकदम बाळ आमच्या सुखरूप घरी पाठवले त्याच्याबद्दलने डॉक्टर रोहन शहा स सर्व कर्मचारी यांचे मनापासून धन्यवाद मानतो

Bad Cleaning: The hospital does not take care of cleanliness at all. The wards and washrooms are very dirty, which increases the risk of infection. No transparency in bills: The bills for treatment are charged very high and when asked about it, no proper explanation is given. It feels like being robbed by charging unnecessary charges. Bad Administration: The way the administration staff speaks here is very rude. They do not give satisfactory answers to the questions of the relatives of the patients and do not cooperate.

1. The nurses did not pay proper attention to my child. My baby was crying for 10–15 minutes without anyone attending to him. If the crying stops on its own, they won’t call you. If it doesn’t stop, only then they will call for feeding. 2. Discharge approval is extremely slow. If there is another admission with priority, they delay your discharge, seemingly because they want more money. 3. Billing is unreasonable. They calculate charges like a hotel—ex if you check in after 8 AM and are discharged the same day at 8 PM, you are charged for 2 days, even though we only used 12 hours of service. Overall, the lack of humanity and professionalism in staff care makes this the worst experience I’ve ever had with my little child. I cannot recommend this hospital for families with small children.
