My experience was very bad, the staff is very bad, the behavior of Dr. Nikita mam is very bad, after inserting the central line, the baby got an infection due to Klebsiella bacteria, the doctor there told that it happens due to lack of cleanliness, the medicine for this bacteria costs Rs. 30000, whereas I pay Rs. 500 per day for cleaning, which is included in my bill, I try to talk to the management, but none of the management staff supports me, I am really disappointed, I will never recommend Nelson hospital to any family, it has been 2.5 months now, I only get answers to my questions, which I am not getting, my bill is for 28 days It was Rs 6.5 lakh which I paid. After spending so much money, can I not question the management? I was never told anything clearly about my baby. Finally, I shifted my baby to another hospital and today he is healthy. I would like to ask the management whether my matter has reached you or not. Have your staff Akash Sir and Sonal Ma'am informed you or not?

I had my C-section delivery on 15th November 2025, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kunda Shahane — she has been truly wonderful and supportive throughout all nine months. Having gone through a miscarriage last year, this was a complicated pregnancy, but her guidance made all the difference. We opted for the suite room package, and the hospital services were excellent. The dedicated nurses during our four-day stay were prompt, caring, and cooperative. The cleanliness and overall hospital environment were top-notch. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you to the entire Nelson team for helping us welcome our little bundle of joy. 💖

Aur staff bhoot bekar hai medicine me pura bill lete hai ICU ka charge 13000 se above jata hai tum rent to 3500 btaye hai but pura all over rent 13500 ke above jata hai.
