I booked an appointment with Dr. Sadaf Nasir through Oladoc and visited the hospital on time. At reception, I was told to sit in front of the doctor’s room and wait. I waited patiently for around 30–45 minutes, but no one called me in or provided any update. When I went back to the reception to ask, I was told to keep waiting.
After some time, I noticed that Dr. Sadaf Nasir had already left, and yet no one from the staff had informed the doctor that a patient was still waiting. When I asked the receptionist about it, they rudely told me that my appointment was not booked through them, and that I should speak with the doctor or Oladoc.
This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. The hospital should ensure their reception staff communicates effectively with patients, especially for appointments booked through third-party platforms like Oladoc. The lack of courtesy, responsibility, and proper communication needs immediate attention.
