NEMO PET SHOP

PLEASE DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SHOP. I bought whiskas kitten food 1 kg worth of 400 rupees. When I opened the packet, the packet was full of flies and small insects. They give prodcuts which are about to expire. Cheating! This is harmful for your pets. Worst shop

Never buy any pet from them...My 2.5 month old GSD puppy passed away day before yesterday due to contagious and fatal viral infection (distemper). We got her from them when she was 40 days older. We asked about whether the breeder is certified and about her health condition and all. The salesman said everything is perfect. Later I realized he charged a tremendous amount from me ( but I ignored it because I am very happy when baby arriveed ) ..from the first day itself she was having diarrhea and cough. When I asked about this to salesman he said it's just because of change in environment. We couldn't give her vaccination since she was not stable.Each day her condition was worsening. Still.she was our lovely child so we fought for her till last breath. Then again I went the same shop to pick up some articles for her and I told him about her condition and asked about breeder..that time he said breeder didn't have certificate and all. And I also get to know one golden retriever puppy purchased from them also died because of same illness I have heard it from neighbour. They are getting puppies from worst backyard breeders. As a first time pet owner I was unaware about many things but they utilized it. They are responsible to give pets with proper paperwork since they are charging this much amount.

Very expensive for fish food. Most of the fish were sick. It's not advisable to buy fish from here as it will make sick your existing Fish. Fish will not survive for long and again you will have to go to them buy new one. Ultimately you well end up buying Tiger Shark. Go to better place if you are looking for delicate Fish(Gold Fish, Koi, Angel, Dolar etc)

One of the worst places to shop for fish. I purchased a salt water fish, an emperor angel fish. Iwas given a dead fish in the bag that I paid 4k for a single piece. And when contacted the owner. He first kept denying the fact that the fish was dead or would die soon. But then later agreed to refund half the money. But it's been more than a year now and the owner hasn't done anything about it. My sincere advise to anyone that visits this place is please check what you are buying as you may end up with a dead fish at home.

i just recently bought a baby labrador from here and the next day he fell ill we consulted a proper doctor and he said the illnesse is caught by the place where we bought it from, on the other hand the doctor of this pet shop who checked my pets health before I was about to take it said that it was in good condition , but now my pet is suffering from a dissease lifetaking.do not trust this shop,

One stop shop for all your pet needs. I visit here often for all my pet needs. The staff are very friendly and their rates are decent enough. They also offer pet salon and grooming services. Visit here and you will definitely find what you are looking for.

staffs are not so good i kept my cat for two days. no water was given to him food was given only once a day. no cleaning in my cats cage price too much 300 per day normally its 200 with proper care food is of veey low quality neithr whiskas nor royal canin or meo the food given is very cheap

I visited nemo pets today... I have never seen any pets shop like this before In the whole Mumbai... It's a biggest shop in Mumbai, and the best part is all the pets are healthy and active.. They care for the pets very well...I have bought an British bulldog from there..he is very active and naughty...I just love the shop and there staff service...

Were help full and professional

Purchased a 45 day old pug puppy from these guys....the very same night the pup showed lots of signs of health problems vomitting loose motion ..skin rash on the paws and ticks....apart from being over priced they have kept the pets in very unhygeinic conditions...they sell pets without any consultation or paper work from any vet...so totally unreliable ...its been a month even today my lil pug pup has been having health issues ....and once this was told to them the next day of purchase there was a blank dumb response from thier end ...so i highly condemn and discourage visiting this place ...better to purchase pet from home breeders...or atleast those who provide some kind of paper work showing the pet has been checked and found fit by a vet...highly NOT recommended to go here...

I want to buy fish for my aquarium. There are 2 stores of this shop, I have visited the big shop first where they keep the accessories of the animals and they tld us to go to the other shop to buy fishes. On thier other shop there was 2 boys sitting and they are not at all interested to sell fishes, I've asked the rate of a fish and there response was very rude. I will never visit that shop again.

It is very good shop. One stop shop. Superb service off the staff. Grooming is awesome They care for our pets like there own pet. Staff have very nice experience. Neath n clean shop.

Have purchased my first GSD Puppy from them. They priced more and no breeder certificate. My puppy died within one month due to distemper. They are taking puppies from unauthorised breeders/kennels where they have already infected with virus. I never suggest nemo shop to go for a puppy purchase. For them it is just a sale to earn money. They are not pet lovers..

The pets shop is too big and i love the shop because every product we get there not to run here and there .all products in one shop and we get the place to work and see the products what we need it and the main thing is that the pets are clean and the shop also. All the staff are good they are to discipline.

The place is pretty huge, Bt they don't keep as much variety. They tend to have large quantities of the the same brand, instead of keeping new ones. I haven't tried but they also offer pet grooming and creche services.

Worst People every We brought a 3 months old lab from here when we brought him, the salesman thr told us two different stories about his origin v were confused but ignored it thinking about our new member, he also told us that he is a documented pub with all vaccination and all n handed us the papers. on reaching home when v checked the papers it had mentioned that he is 1 1/2month old but his vaccination page had vaccination from April 2018, also the name of dog was the same as told to us, however his color mentioned thr was different. the next day when v went back to the shop they started giving us wage answers that they mistakenly gave it wrong papers. they didn't check the papers when they got him from his original Owner as they had too much rush that day and when we demanded the original papers for him they said that the owner is out of town and they will take more time and gave more wage ans. when v told them that if they don't get us the original papers v will return the dog n need our money bag, all of sudden they tell us that they have got the papers and to come n collect them next day. The next day also the continued to delay it, like this 4days went by. In the meantime I posted about this on FB in a few NGO grps and got to know that "THERE ARE SIMILAR CASES REGISTERED AGAINST THEM" WWhen we firmly asked them they took the dog back and gave us a post dated cheque. Thankfully the cheque got cleared. After a few days we got to know about more similar cases and that many of the dogs were returned thr . Many dogs thr are infected and the cages are not sterilized for them. Please be careful from this Illegal people.

I visited this place to purchase collar and leashes for my pets and found out that ,there were puppies and kittens kept in cages for display(how is it still acceptable). The puppies looked very unhealthy, skinny and lathargic. They looked tired as there is minimum or no space for them to walk around. There is a puppy pen, which is germ-ridden . Questionable environment for the puppies kept in cages.

It's best shop ever I seen and I got the best service as well all staff are best and professional and they know about all product and pups they guide for everything. means best place and one point contacts for your pets is nemo pets shop....thank u

as my experience it's was a very good shop and the sales man over there are very repondable and knowledgeable special mr arman and i have got a huge difference discount compare to other stores do visit this store for your own experience....

Nice friendly staff, great discount on pricing. They even give home delivery. I can never buy anything from any other shop now. You Lil "Nemo" spoilt me hahaha
