Its been few days my baby was in NICU in Neobliss. A true gem of team under guidance of Dr. Avi. Took care of my baby like a family and with proper treatment. Very polite doctors, answers all our questions with expertise and assure us that baby is safe and secure. When baby was discharged it was true joy moment for us. But team and doctors made sure we give proper care to baby and explained each and every thing in detail. Highly recommended place for all queries related to your kids.

Dr. Avi is one of the best pediatricians I’ve come across. My baby was born preterm, and under his expert care and constant guidance, my baby recovered wonderfully. Today, he is healthy, active, and a very happy baby — all thanks to Dr. Avi’s dedication and support. Dr. Avi is very patient, listens carefully to every concern, and explains everything in a clear and reassuring manner. He is always available to guide parents, which gives us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We are truly grateful to have such a kind and knowledgeable doctor caring for our baby. The nurses are very experienced and take excellent care of babies — my baby was born at 36 weeks and they ensured the utmost attention and comfort throughout the stay. At the reception, both girls are extremely polite and experienced in handling any patient situation. No one speaks rudely; in fact, even after discharge, they try their best to help and solve any queries you may have. The only point to note is that the treatment can be a bit costly, but the quality of care and professionalism make it worth considering.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding Dr. Avi Sanghavi after our recent visit to his clinic, Neobliss in Ghatkopar. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed with the experience. From our conversation, it seemed that he lacked experience. When we specifically asked him to check if our baby had a cough, he simply laughed, which we found highly unprofessional and dismissive. His attitude did not reflect genuine concern for the patient, and it felt like he was not truly interested in his profession. Based on this experience, I would not recommend him to anyone.

Very well equipped NICU with very well behaved staff. Very good doctors, especially for first time parents. Doctors are ready to answer all the silly queries first timers have. In terms of treatment, doctors explained us everything in detail with no ifs and buts. One can rely comfortably on Neobliss for newborn care.
