NEOCARE Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

We had a very good experience with the NICU facility. The medical care and continuous monitoring provided to our baby were excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Amol Mahajan for his expert guidance, timely decisions, and reassuring support during this critical time. The billing and insurance claim process was smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to Anjali for being extremely helpful, patient, and guiding us clearly through the entire process. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and services provided. Highly recommended.

We had to shift out baby to NICU post birth due to early onset blood infection. Neocare was the clear choice out of the options provided in terms of distance from the maternity hospital and description of the care to be provided. Neocare has the experience and expertise in terms of taking care of newborn. The care my child received was the most appropriate. We received exceptional care at Neocare Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Rajen Doshi. Both my babies were admitted to the NICU for five days, and Dr. Rajen Doshi, along with the entire support staff—especially Anjali ma’am—was incredibly supportive throughout the process. We also received a discount on the final bill, which really helped us manage our hospital expenses. I highly recommend Neocare Hospital and the care provided by Dr. Rajen Doshi.

Hospital is good for baby NICU. But here staff is pathetic. There is no receptionist. Who is head or incharge person god knows. It's been 10 days I have still not got bills receipt to claim. Such a critical unit but no receptionist or ward boy here.

The staff is not at all co opertive. ....They keep on balming each other for any query....My babay was asked for a test ..i was called up 10 times that come soon for the test as soon i reached the hearing aid person wasnt avilable ...sje was late..later was waiting for blood test they said sister is busy she wil be there in 15 20 min i waited for 1hr 30 min..but nurse did not attemd and later they said material for test is not avilable n had to leave without test

My baby was admitted for 2 days in NICU I was very worried but the doctor and staff handle the situation and taken care of my baby.

We got the best care in Neocare hospital under Dr. Amol Mahajan. Our baby was in NICU for 9 days and Dr. amol along with the support staff has been supportive as well. Neo care provided me the best care for my baby and the doctor was very much knowledgeable and had a positive approach towards our child which kept me and wife at ease. We genuinely are satisfied with treatment which our baby received.

My Baby was in Neocare NICU for 12 Days for respiratory distress and infections. He was treated by Dr. Amol Mahajan. I had a very positive experience in such a difficult time. Will recommend this NICU as everyone here is experienced.

I would like to give zero stars. Every parent love their child. But this hospital just knows one thing, that is how to earn money. They are running an awesome business out of emotions and feelings of new parents. Each doctor will give different diagnosis for your child. They don't know what is wrong with child. Even if nothing is wrong they won't give you back your child. Hence beware of this hospital and find another NICU facility for your beloved kid. Once your child is in their NICU, forget about him/her. They won't even let you see your child. My child was perfectly fine when he was born, but the nurse of my delivery hospital ( Medansh Multi-speciality Hospital) took my child to this NICU facility. When asked doctor what is wrong with my child, each one had their own unrelated diagnosis. They just kept extending the stay of my baby, who wasn't given in my hand since birth. We just informed doctor that we don't have such money to keep my child in NICU. In one hour they said your child is fine now and we will discharge him. Hence they kept him in NICU only to earn money. Please use this trick to get you babies back. Thank you.

I had to admit my baby right after delivery due to respiratory distress and under weight. Being a father I was worried about my baby's condition but the doctor explained the problem very well and gave assurance of proper treatment. With God's grace and neocare's proper care my baby got discharged after a few days and my baby is doing great since then.

A good hospital and good hospital for the nicu care I am very thankful for the hospital My grandson is very crtitical and he is in ventilator but thanks to doctors and staff Anjali also very cooperating with us on phone

Just want to shared my experience apart this intensive unit not even categories of any star. They are money making factory and using our baby like toys. U r child is born healthy weight still they admitted and mentally torched the parents for telling false story about babies health and keep the babies unnecessary. Not even given proper reports (Checking my baby blood for testing but in the report blood group is missing) only prepared the bills. If u ever admit u r baby here keep in mind they will not gone discharged within 1 week I guess they have target against each baby to just make money.

Unethical practising doctor’s, just open this hospital for to grab the money from parents, and no one will respond u properly, I didn’t receive the daily treatment summary for my baby, at the end they prepared their own summary irrespective of treatment and handed over to me. Even there is no reason to get admitted my baby in the hospital, just because of the Dr attended the the delivery.

I will strongly NOT recommend this hospital to anyone. Had a bad experiences with this hospital. My son who was born on 28th Nov 2018, got admitted on same day to this hospital. This was recommended to us by Dr. Jayant Chavan, who was pediatrician present at time of delivery. Reason for my son to be admitted were low birth weight, breathing problem and prematurity. Firstly, we thought he might be kept in NICU for 2-3 days and then he will get discharge, however, pediatrician in NEOCARE Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Dr. Amol Mahajan) had some different plans. Also note, this hospital is run in partnership with Dr. Rajen Doshi. Initially, doctors did not commit any discharge date, however, we were under impression that my son will get discharge maximum after 4 days of his admission. But no my son who was just an infant had to stay in hospital for next 20 days. Reason he got infection (Gram-negative bacteria) as said by the so called Doctors present in hospital. In his discharge report they have mentioned its Neonatal Sepsis and to cure this it takes 14 days course of antibiotics. And most awful thing this Neonatal Sepsis is acquired by baby from hospital itself. So just imagine an infant having a needle inserted in his hands and legs for 20 days right from the day of birth. And top of this after every 3-4 days the pricking of injection to take the sample blood for investigation. Even during discharge Dr. Amol Mahajan did not suggest us any syrups or drops that a new born baby needs. This we came to know when our pediatrician prescribed us the required syrups & drops which Dr. Amol Mahajan did not even mention in his discharge report. So such a careless attitude and money minded Doctors are treating your infant. Not only this, hospitals per day charges are way too high it’s ~10,000 per day. So do not even think of going in this hospital. I mean money is not the matter for our kids, we will spend it, but in return what are we getting an “INFECTION” and that too which needs 14 days course of antibiotics. There many such bad experiences that happened in the course of 20 days, however, putting them down is impossible. This will make the review unnecessarily long. Bottom line is any case avoid this hospital.

Hospital has their standard operating procedures irrespective of treatment required. Our baby was shifted to neocare immediately after delivery with respiratory distress. First update from doctor on admission was to monitor the baby under observation for 8 hours. Baby was doing good after 8 hours and adviced keep him inder observation for 24 hours without ventilator. We felt we should be getting baby after a day. But there came the twist . Hospital have they standard tests they follow without taking parents concern. It was painful to see newborn baby poked with niddles. And their reports showed infection and ultimately kept on antibiotics for few more days. Finnally we got discharged on day day 4. As baby was showing good progess they discharged and advices to continue antibiotics for 10 days. We consulted two more doctors after discharge and they found the baby healthy and fine and even one doctor suggested to discontinue heavy antibiotics. Advice: If you are redirected to this hospital from any nursing home they get the idea of treatment in advance. I don't think any child gets discharge before 3 days. Concern: If your baby is sufferring with severe problem then it's good to go with NICU but there are major cases were babies were kept without any need.

One of my best experience with this hospital for little babies and specially thanks to both Dr rajen doshi and Dr Amol Mahajan and all the staff are really hardworking and doing well and comfortable for the babies so proud of you to doctors who always support like this thanks from bottom of heart ❤️

1 star because it cannot be rated lower. Out of personal experience have felt that the place is to fleecing parents of new borns. Charges are padded up one over the other and bills are highly inflated. Please avoid if there is an option is all I can advice!
