Amazing 12-Day Annapurna Circuit with Tilicho Lake We are a German couple and completed the 12-day Annapurna Circuit including Tilicho Lake with our very experienced guide Ranjan and our porter Arsun. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and can highly recommend Trekking Planner Nepal. From the beginning until the end, everything was perfectly organized and exactly as we wished. During the trek, Ranjan and Arsun took great care of us and always made sure we were doing well. Every request was fulfilled and we always felt safe and well supported. Besides the professional organization, we also had a lot of fun together. It felt more like trekking with friends and we really enjoyed the great team atmosphere throughout the journey. Thanks to our guide Ranjan, we also got many interesting insights into the culture, traditions, and daily life in Nepal, which made the experience even more special for us. Overall, the entire trek was completely stress-free for us and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. I recently completed a trek to Langtang Valley and Yala Peak with Nepal Trekking Planner, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team did an excellent job organizing and managing every aspect of the journey. The tea houses we stayed in along the route were basic but generally, clean, as we opted for private rooms with attached bathrooms. The rooms are unheated but the dining areas are usually warm with a common furnace. After long days of hiking, it was such a relief to rest in your own private room and enjoy the great food they served—we enjoyed pizzas, dahl bat, delicious momos. A special mention goes to our Sherpa guide Gyaljen, and Chongba and porters, Tenzing, Puba, Anil and Robin, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the trek. They consistently looked after us and made sure our daily needs were met, whether it was pacing the hike, checking in on our well-being, or carrying our heavy heavy bags and equipment. When we went to yala base camp, it snowed heavily and our Sherpa guide Gyaljen woke every 2 hours throughout the night to shake our tents and shovel around our tents and the toilet tents to make sure that we were not snowed in. Our crew was also very accommodating. On our last day, we opted at the last minute not to stay overnight at Lama hotel and to instead go all the way ( from Langtang Valley) to Syabrubesi and despite our porters carrying the heavy loads, and bei ng tired, they accommodated our request. It was a 26km trek on that final day. Overall, I highly recommend Nepal Trekking Planner to anyone considering a trek in Nepal. Their dedication, organization, and genuine care for their clients made this an unforgettable adventure.

I did a trip to EBC with Trekking Planner, and it turned out to be one of my best decisions so far!!! Here are the reasons why I strongly recommend them: 1. The itinerary: You can find all the details of the trip in their website. They basically considered EVERYTHING, and everything included in the package tour is already listed. Trust me, they know what you need more than you do. 2. The guide and the porter: Our tour guide, Kiran and our porter, Some are SUPERB. During a trip like this, safety always comes first, and I felt incredibly safe having Kiran as our guide. He is a very experienced guide, and he can always solve our problems in time during the whole trip. Besides, you can truly feel his love and passion of this job and the mountains, which makes him stand out amongst all the other guides. Having Kiran as our guide, made my trip more unforgettable. As for our porter Some, he always arrived way earlier than us, and our duffle bags were carried carefully without anything broken. 3. The owner: Due to poor weather, there was very few helicopter available in the last day of our trip. However, the owner of the Trekking Planner, Dipak still managed to get us back to Kathmandu in the very last minute through tons of arrangements and phone calls. You can truly feel that he does CARE about all his clients and alwsys does his best. If you're considering doing trekking in Nepal, just go for Trekking Planner, and they will bring you an unforgettable trip.

This trekking experience was truly amazing, and the whole team was incredibly professional and caring. Gyaljen Sherpa had rich mountain experience and professional knowledge, carefully explaining the routes, weather conditions, and high-altitude precautions along the way. He constantly checked on everyone’s condition, which made the journey feel very safe and comfortable. The porters were also extremely polite and always willing to help whenever needed. You could genuinely feel their kindness and care for the guests throughout the trip. Dipak replied to messages very quickly and was highly responsible from the beginning until the end of the journey. What impressed us most was that the boss personally arranged pick-up and drop-off, and even had staff accompany us to the airport, which was incredibly thoughtful. The team also prepared a souvenir plaque for us, making the whole experience even more memorable and meaningful. Overall, the organization, service, and care provided were outstanding. Had the new experience of trekking in snow for this hiking trek, which requires double efforts than normal hiking. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to summit Yala Peak due to heavy snowfall. That said, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Our guide Gyaljen is very experienced and took care of us throughout the trek especially when we were at the base camp of Yala Peak. He shoveled the snow around our tents a few times throughout the night to make sure that our tents don’t collapse under the heavy snow! Our porters Tenzin, Purma, Anil and Robin were strong and quiet workers. Shoutout to Tenzin who came back to help carry bags for me and another friend towards the last bit of journey despite blisters on his feet. The tea houses were better than expected and we were fed well. We even had Korean food at Kyangjin Gompa, which was such comforting food in cold weather. Overall, would highly recommend Nepal Trekking Planner!

I had an outstanding experience with Trekking Planner. I did the 3 passes trek and Everest Base Camp. The company takes good care of me from the moment I land in Nepal. I believe Dipak the owner is building a great company. He communicates great and will give you a lot of peace in mind. Everyone he employs gives me a great sense of welcoming and kindness. About the trek, my guide Dipu and porter are super helpful and always available ready for help. Dipu is an aspiring photographer too got me lots of cool pics. I highly recommend Nepal Trekking Planner and its owner Dipac! I gave Dipac a broad list of activities and he was able to put together a complete 21 day agenda - all turnkey with private guides and drivers (even my own guide and porter for a six day private trek - I was thinking I may get added to a group). Dipac quarterbacked the entire trip - making sure all the proper handoffs took place and he personally met me each day that I was in Kathmandu (even with a plaque and scarf at the end). His entire staff was great and RunJhon and Ayush were an excellent guide and porter for my trek. All went smoothly and it was one of the best trips of my life (and I left all the detail planning to Dipac - a first for me, as I normally self-plan)! So a five star review for a job well done!

We had an amazing experience with Nepal Trekking Planners. It’s organized from A-Z, the only thing you have to do is the effort to experience and enjoy. Everywhere I have traveled around the world, non of my trips was as good as organized as with Nepal Trekking Planner. Mr Dipak, the owner is always available for questions, and respons very quickly. His mission, is to make his client happy and bring work for his porters and guides. The three pass trek is the most beautiful experience I have done. Your more off the grid than the regular EBC which is very touristic. If your fit and like more adventure and be surrounded by nature, then 3 pass is for you. It takes you over 3 beautiful passes, in between the highest mountains of the world. We did the three pass trek with Kiran our guide and Sonam & Dorsje our porters. They took care of us, like we were family and be a real team. They checked in with us, asked our wishes and always open for a chat and feedback. Especially Kiran, he is a born guide and takes good care of his clients by heart. We won’t forget you guys, for sharing this lifetime experience with us. My advice, if you wanna do the 3 pass trek, ask for Kiran as he really takes good care of you, and besides being a guide. Our group of seven (ages 20–60) recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek, with three of us continuing on to the stunning Gokyo Lakes. We had an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish thanks to Trekking Planner. Did the short annapurna base camp trek (8 days) with our guide Ranjan and porter Santosh. Amazing trek with both of them, it was all very well planned and well paced, also feeling very safe with them around during the whole trek (we were a small group of 2 ladies). Will recommend Ranjan and Santosh as your guide and porter if you're planning for a trek in Nepal. Might request for them again if I were to to the Manaslu circuit next time!

Nepal Trekking Planner organized an excellent 5‑day Mardi Himal trek for us, from planning to the final drop‑off in Pokhara. I met them while walking through Thamel and randomly looking for a Tour Organizer. Their Rates were Fair and Avishek was really helpful in explaining the details and organized the trip on short notice. Itinerary from Pokhara–Kande–Deurali–Low Camp–High Camp–Mardi View Point–Siding was well paced, ending with the long summit day which was upon my insistance (about 26 km from 3,500 m up to 4,300 m and down to around 1,900 m in rain and hail) managed very professionally. No Praise is high enough for my Guide Sudip who was knowledgeable, safety‑focused and very supportive for every request, and porter Ramesh was really hardworking and always smiling on every request. Pleasant and positive attitude and Sudip and Ramesh was good enough to keep me going. Our Accommodation, transfers and timing were all smooth, and the team remained flexible with weather changes while prioritizing comfort (including finding places with private bathrooms). Highly recommend Nepal Trekking Planner, Sudip and Ramesh for anyone considering the Mardi Himal trek.

I had a great experience from contacting Dipak to arrange a trek at the last minute; to the excellent service and guide I received from Gyeljen Sherpa & my porter Pinju. They took the time to arrange a big trek during the new year transition period. All bookings went smoothly. I had a well-received pickup from the airport and all the guesthouses on my trek were good (despite it being a shoulder season). I highly recommend having Gyeljen Sherpa as your guide. His professionalism and focus on safety was impressive to me. He took great care of me and ensured my welfare was taken care of. This is my 2nd time coming to Nepal for a trek, so I had higher expectations from my trekking company and my guide; and they delivered well. My day tour in Kathmandu was exceptionally done by my guide Kedar. He is very well informed and possess great knowledge of the areas in Kathmandu. I enjoyed my Kathmandu day tour. Thank you guys!

I want to thank the owner Dipak, my guide Gyeljen Sherpa and my porter Sonam Sherpa. Without them this amazing trek wouldn't be possible. I went on Everest Base Camp and climbed 2 peaks (Lobuche east and Island peak). The whole organisation was perfect, we had some problems with the weather and cancelled flights, but we were able to get to Surke with Jeeps and continue the trek. On the way back weather also wasn't any better, but Dipak was able to get me shared Helicopter to Kathmandu on time. So yeah, memories for life, and hope to try for a 7000+ peak soon.

Sudip was the absolute best guide I’ve ever had. If you plan through this company, ask for Sudip! Was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding to all the different needs in the group. The whole trip was perfectly planned. Every detail was thought out. The company did a great job organizing transportation from the second off the plane to the second we go back onto the plane. They were so welcoming and had so many fun surprises. We didn’t worry about planning a thing except our flights.

Trekking Planner is a well organized & passionate company which can be trusted. The team leader Dipak provided a convenient service sending someone to pick me up and drop me off at Kathmandu International Airport when I arrived in & left Nepal, and round trip fly to Lukla Airport also for my trekking on EBC, Chal La Pass & Gokyo-Ri loop from 17 Oct to 4 Nov 2024. Trekking Planner set up a welcome dinner to let me have a chance to try the good local food & see local people’s show at a restaurant, and farewell dinner too after the trek completed, i was feeling so welcome as I am at home. Trekking Planner is still so nice to lend me a duffel bag, sleeping bag (can stands -15 to -20 degree Celsius) & crampons without any extra charge. Landed at Lukla airport at noon on 19 Oct and met my guide Pemba & porter Tenji to start the adventure, I am only one in this group with a guide and a porter as 3 people’s team, both of them are Sherpa. My guide Pemba is a very nice young guy and very knowledgeable as a professional & qualified guide for EBC trek. He arranged every day's trek route, 3 meals & lodgement, and explained the national park rules and tips to avoid high altitude sickness to me. He encouraged me and helped me carried my personal bag when I was not feeling good on the trek. And Pemba was very generous to prepare a fruit plate (sliced fresh apple) to me after my supper every day because he realized I lost my appetize much due to the high altitude; with his support & help my heart really felt warm and touched during this tough trek. My porter Tenji is a college student, he took his school vacation to do this porter job making a little bit more money for his tuition fees; he is a good boy, working hard we all know to carry a heavy duffel bag all the way up and down for 14 days is a not easy job. Both of Pemba and Tenji followed me all the way from Lukla airport to EBC, Chol La Pass and Gokyo Ri loop & and back to Lukla Airport on 1 Nov, they helped me to make my dream becoming true & achieve my goal successfully - getting the opportunity to see the wonderful landscape of Himalaya on the trek, standing on 5364 meters Everest Base Camp and on the top of 5545 meters Kala Pattar to see the beautiful sunset of Everest peak, it was absolutely amazing; and safely went thru Chol La Pass to Gokyo Lakes, and finally up to 5357 meters Gokyo Ri to see Everest peak again with different stunning view & other over 8000 meters mountain’s peaks. This trek is difficult and is a real challenge because of high altitude, I was so excited to complete my trek (EBC, Chol La Pass & Gokyo Ri loop), it is a great journey and is my life experience which I never forget. Again really appreciate my guide Pemba & porter Tenji to make my dream becoming true, I cannot successfully complete my trek without them.
