I recently bought my first Nezuko figure from Nerd Arena (in-store), and I was really impressed! The quality and detailing were amazing — I was very happy with my first purchase and gave a full 5-star rating. Later, I bought two more figures from the same store, but unfortunately, both boxes were damaged. The figures themselves were okay, but for collectors like me, box condition matters a lot. When I asked for an exchange or one with a better box, the staff told me it was the last piece. However, a few days later, I noticed the same figures were available again online and even shown in their channel stories in perfect box condition. That really disappointed me because I value honesty and trust between buyer and seller. So, I’ve changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars — the figures are good, but I hope Nerd Arena improves honesty and transparency with customers and pays more attention to box condition for collectors.

My son is an ardent anime/manga fan. He loves collecting figurines and found out bout Nerd Arena. We travelled all the way from Patna to check out the store and Boy O Boy, What a superb collection of figurines, clothing, accessories. The owner is a GEM!We bought tonnes of stuff! Two thumbs up!!

I loved my visit here. Bought tons of rare figures. Shop owners were all EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, nerdy and friendly. Highly reccomend coming here if youre a serious collector of premium action figures 10/10 will visit again VERY VERY SOON 💯❤️💪

This place has great options from anime to superhero statues and action figures, in top notch quality. I ordered a figure and I got in 3 days! And it took me 15 mins to open the package and I’m so happy abt that since they have taken safety of the product as first priority! I highly recommend this place for fellow superhero geeks!

Really great place for collectors, otakus, anime fans and fandom of all kinds. Amazing collection from action figures, funko pops, tees and other accessories and stuff. The staff and owners are also great, very friendly and knowledgeable too. They are just like us when it comes to being geeks. Just recently got introduced to Nerd Arena. My now go to store for my Collectibles. Incredible sales team, great attitude and makes me enjoy coming there. They are more like friends than retailers. Amazing selection of toys and Collectibles with amazing people running the store. I will definately focus on supporting their business and i highly recommended them for your collectable needs. Discovered this place because of my partner who has recently gotten into collecting funko pops. The owner and the employees are always up to help with great enthusiasm. They have a very versatile collection! Their collection is also updated and restocked very frequently. Also met Team Nerd Arena at Comic Con Mumbai 2023! They are super chill people who do their work with great passion in their hearts and always a huge and welcoming smile on their face! The shop at Bandra Hill Road is also well maintained. Will definitely recommend all the pop culture fans to pay a visit to this place, it will definitely make your day!

Great place for anime collectibles and movie and animated series collectibles, I personally like collecting hotwheels and they have a fair collection unfortunately they run out of stock pretty fast

An oasis in this market. If you are with your loved ones shopping here, the chances of getting bored is quite high. Spend some time with a huge collection of action figures across the Marvel, DC , Japanese universe. Picked up 2 tshirts and a couple of keychains

Got my first S.H figuarts (ULTIMATE GOHAN) from nerdarena at a steal price. The owner is an amazing person and responds quickly to your queries!! The packaging was sturdy so there was no damage or anything. The fig arrived in perfect condition. Also I liked the system of getting the updates of the status of the order on your cell(WhatsApp). Looking forward to many more deals in future.
