The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. All necessities are available in the rooms with the possibility of additional towels. The ratio of price and quality is perfect and if I come again I will stay at Ness. Special praise for Matan at the reception, he helped us a lot and made our stay unforgettable :)

L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter à pied la ville et la plage. Petite chambre avec un mini salle de bain (pas de séparation entre la douche et les toilettes) . Tel Aviv est une ville chère donc le prix de cet établissement peut être considéré comme accessible. Le personnel est très agréable.

I spent just one night here before an early morning flight from Ben Gurion. Excellent staff - friendly and professional. Nice size room. Comfortable. Decent WiFi. Great location. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. A bit noisy but it was a Thursday night....I would definitely stay here again.

The staying at Nes Tsiyona was overall a good one. The hosts were very friendly helping us with every information we needed. However we booked the room on Booking and I have to say that the images weren't corresponding with what we found there. The room was clean but it had a stale air. The air conditioning was working but he made a horrible noise. The bathrooms were very small, having the toilet, sink and shower in less then two square meters.

Rooms a bit small and bathrooms quite cramped. However location is great and the service at reception is awesome! Overall paid very decent price for the room, and only a few min from the beach

We chose this hotel because of price, it means we had no high hopes. So room was really really small, a bit dirty, but we had big balcony - so we spent most of time there. Stuff is really great - Thank You Matan for everything you did for us. :)

I booked two nights at the hotel but never had the chance to enjoy it, yet paid for it. I missed my flight, and could only fly on the following day. I sent a message to warn the hotel but they didn’t seem to have seen it as they called me later in the evening to ask at what time I was supposed to arrive. I explained the situation and said that I would arrive the following day instead. After landing, I was surprised to see that they had canceled my reservation without any warning or message and had charged me for one night. I had to find another accommodation at the last minute, which turned out to be much more expensive.

Los chavales de la recepción fueron muy utiles en todo momento, de lo mejor del hotel sin embargo las fotos de las habitaciones que se muestran en booking no reflejan la realidad. En general estaban sucias y poco cuidadas. El sofa de la habitaciones daba asco. La ubicación es buena

Ness Hotel is much recommended! It's in a real good location 2-3’ away from Jaffa beach, the facilities are good and the room was clea. But the best thing is the staff!! Very polite and helpful people with warm hearts! Especially Matt! He understood that we had a problem with our credit card during the taxi payment and he helped us so much! If you visit Tel Aviv, you have to book your stay at Ness Hotel!!!

The hotel is located in a good position for visiting on foot the Town and the beach. Small room with equally small bathroom. Tel Aviv is a town extremely expensive so this hotel can be considerered a reasonable accomodation.

BE AWARE. This hotel ruined our entire holiday. When we arrived in the Hotel, we experienced a bad smell as we were walking in the hotel. We should have followed our gut feeling, as this was a bad sign. When we arrived in the room we saw small (dangerous) bugs literally IN the bed. We checked another room and it became clear that the entire hotel is far from hygienic and as the owner was not even willing to send another cleaner, we left the hotel after two hours, very disgusted and unhappy. The owner promised that we wouldnt have to pay anything, but later charged our creditcard for the full stay anyway.

Spent about a week here. The hotel is situated in a really excellent spot, right next to Tel Aviv beach and close to shops and public transport. Really is affordable considering its great location. The rooms were quiet good - not too small, well kept, comfortable beds and fitted with everything we wanted (bar fridge, bathroom, cable TV, plenty of sunlight and balcony. There's a shared kitchen facility downstairs offering free coffee with their coffee machine. There's also a comfortable lounge area near the lobby and places to sit outside on the deck (our place for breakfast every morning). What also really impressed me personally was the WIFI at this place - extremely fast in the rooms and at the lobby. The service at this place was excellent. They went out of their way to help us with directions. If you're looking for a place near Tel Aviv beach for an affordable price, i would highly recommend the Ness Hotel.

I don't understand the low score. The hotel is nice, close to the beach, very reasonable price considering the location. Staff is very nice, cleaning is done every morning, Zak is very friendly and very helpful. His and his reception guy advice were really good. We will come back :)

it was ok, the room design was really nice quite small but that wasn't a factor for me. There is no parking so I had to pay the equivalent of £20 for 1 day lol... the receptionist wasn't very helpful with recommendations but all in all its in a good location and probably would come again if I didn't have a car of course

I highly recommend to stay at Ness hotel! It is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. The team is very accommodating, friendly and care about their gust. It felt to me like I am staying at my good friend's house. I shared with them that from now on I will only stay at this hoten when I travel to Israel.

Petit hôtel mais rapport qualité prix parfait. Beaucoup de travaux dans la rue donc bruyant le matin, Après emplacement très bien à 7min de la mer à pied.

Excelente ubicación a una calle de la playa y muy cerca de las zonas más concurridas. El personal es súper amable y estuvieron súper atentos recomendándonos lugares para comer, dándonos indicaciones o simplemente preocupándose de que estuviéramos cómodos.

Host was very friendly and that's all bright sights. Room was very very dirty I was afraid to touch anything and don't stick at it. Bathroom was very small. Balcony with "great view" (see photo)

the location of the hotel is great and the lobby is pretty. but the rooms need some renovation and especialy the shower which is small and without a cartain or a something and all the floor is flooded in water everytime. the stuff is really helpfull and Amazing!

Apparently they don’t want guests there. I reached out to close a business deal for some guests from abroad and asked about the way of payment (usually every other hotel accepts payment via bank transfer through our company and credit card details giving additionally as a guarantee) but the receptionist was super unfriendly and said only no? So I will look for another hotel with a nicer service
