Nesto Hypermarket - Al Majaz

I have to give 1 star as there is no other option. The service i got from the staff in the grocery section, especially Mr Jamil was totally unacceptable. Looks like they need better training or they need a break. The counter staff and manager were very helpful.

Since 2022 we have been regular customer of nesto , recently we bought an aircooler ( NORTHWAY ) in 10 days the water cooler pump failed so we took it back to them to repair. They took the product for repair but took a long time. After 21 days the cooler came and it was working fine but again the water cooler pump failed after 3 days. We are really surprised about the product quality because since last year we bought 2 aircooler fans and 1 normal fan but 2 Aircooler was so bad. So it is not recommended to buy any aircooler from Nesto and pls keep proof of how a product actually works because they will start arguing and will say " you don't know how the products work "

Be careful guys Don't buy any electrical or elecitronic devices from them, they are scammer and sales faulty items as it's good condition. And they not follow the warranty or the sale contract when you back to them. Buy from carrefour as they have very good customer service and they return the items for cash . The worst part when I get back to them the manager Aness accused me that im lying while the sales contract said that I can return it with in one week as long as all the accessories there. They didn't inform me the phone is faulty and doesn't connect to 5G and 2G. Because they know no one will buy their phone if they inform us !! Professional scammer

one of the worst if not THE worst customer service. the people on the cashier desk are very disrespectful and rude today i asked the female on the cashier for the price of one of the bags she didn’t know she asked someone else they didn’t know and so on until i kept waiting for 10 mins and told her i don’t need it anymore that’s when she remembered to tell me that that cashier was card only after i waited all that.they don’t even make it clear for the customers like other respectful hypermarkets. NEVER stepping a foot in this disrespectful, confused of a place with clueless management and workers.

A well-organized hypermarket with a wide variety of products at affordable prices. The location in Al Majaz is convenient, and the staff is helpful. It can get crowded during peak hours, but the overall shopping experience is good. A great spot for daily essentials and groceries!

It was a terrible experience. Even the staff were avoiding the clothing service when I told them I only wanted a complete pajama set. After more than an hour, they still hadn't helped me because they didn't even have matching pants and a sweater. Unfortunately, they wasted my time.

A big thank you to Ms. AL MEERAH (Filipino Muslim in Hijab) from the women’s garment section(1st floor) for her outstanding help. She quickly understood what I needed, Searched among available piles of stock with no success. I was in rush as needed night gown for my wife urgently she proactively went to the in-house store, and found the perfect gown for my wife. Her dedication, warmth and customer-first attitude truly stood out. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. ALI from the luggage section for his polite and efficient support in arranging the luggage cover exactly as I wanted. Both made my urgent shopping stress-free and pleasant; a perfect example of excellent customer service.

As per as Mininstry of Economy.. its not allowed to increase any prices of goods in this situation then why is it your prices from today increase more than double of the normal prices before???? The first staff member said he didn’t understand, and the second also refused to give a clear answer. It felt as though they were pretending not to understand either English or Urdu. All they needed to say was that it was late and cooked food was no longer being prepared. Instead, they behaved in a childish and unprofessional manner — smirking, mocking, and laughing as they walked away. Throughout the interaction, they continued to smile in a disrespectful way. What made this even more disappointing is that when my husband and son placed the same order moments later, the staff had no hesitation, understood them perfectly, and even took an additional order for pizza. This inconsistency and rude behaviour are unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and clear, regardless of who is speaking. Very disappointed with the service.

Nice mall with many sections and small shops inside. Good place to shop!

This place is good for offers, I found fruits n veggies in better prices.. The grill chicken which we tried was v tasty.. But I felt the place is more conjusted comparing to other Nesto branches

Огромный гипермаркет в формате дискаунтера. Почти все позиции продублированы акционными смотками или бОльшим весом по более привлекательной цене. Отличный по нашим меркам отдел свежей рыбы. Мясной отдел тоже внушает уважение. Классный сервис по разделке купленных фруктов. Цены ниже чем в других магазинах, рекомендую

Огромный гипермаркет. Зашёл и забыл за чем шёл. От такого огромного разнообразия товаров и продуктов разбежались глаза.

Very very bad service. I ordered two kilos of Australian lamb meat and I asked the employee to remove the fat from it and he told me to come back after twenty minutes. I came back after that and took the meat and when I got home it was full of fat and there was a little meat as in the attached picture.

Had an unpleasant experience there serving unhygienic food I request the action taken to prevent however no feedback received from management To all people make sure you double check before buying or don’t buy at all! Head office number is always no response
