Nesto Hypermarket - Jumeirah Village Circle

I recently visited Nestor hypermarket Circle Mall in JVC, and it's undoubted. The ambiance is amazing, and I was pleased to find discounted prices throughout the store. While the selection of electronic home appliances was somewhat limited, the food section truly stood out. The variety and quality were impressive. What I appreciated most was the option to dine in with the food I purchased. Cheaper than many others, has international brands. You can get a huge range of fresh fruit and food. They have a toys and clothes selection too.

Big supermarket - all options available. My favorite spot is the nuts and dates section as they have high rotation of product and frequently they have offers. They also have a sales section at entrance, it makes it convenient shopping 🛒. There is an already made food section , it is available at the end of the market. Arab products , Asian products and there is western known brands as well. Convenient for every household in jvc I would say.

We shop at Nesto frequently and never had to complain. 27 May, I went with my two young children, we used the self checkout. The scan was very sensitive so the same item was scanned twice. I looked up to find help. The female assistant working there was extremely rude. She saw me and then proceeded to talk to her colleague. I stood there for over a minute and ask her to come over, she then pointed at another machine indicating that we move over. By that point, I was already very annoyed. Half way through scanning, another western customer did the same thing, scanned an item twice. She was really nice and helpful this time, took over the item and helped the gentleman whilst leaving me move about with two children. Yes I do not look western! I regretted not complaining to the store manager when I was there. This is unacceptable behaviour! At a current difficult time, you’d think people would be very careful with their jobs to prevent losing employment. She certainly did not care!

He handled my concerns professionally and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. It is truly appreciated to encounter staff like him who go the extra mile to help customers. Found in circle mall on floor 1. This store has the best fruit 🍓🍑 selection at very competitive prices. Their fruit is of high quality and Income here just for this reason although they have a good selection of other groceries. Their store is very clean and neat the only negative is that often I come across products that don't have a price on them and this can be frustrating. If this is sorted then this store would be an total pleasure to shop in. Perhaps management can look into this. They sell clothing and appliances too. Staff at the tills are really friendly and helpful as well as the packers at the till.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nesto’s customer service team and supervisors at the JVC branch regarding a defective Geepas shaving machine. I purchased the product on 12th April and used it for less than a minute, only to discover that it was not functioning properly. I immediately revisited the store to request a replacement. However, instead of resolving the issue, the customer service team refused to exchange the item and escalated the matter to supervisors, who also failed to provide a reasonable solution. Despite clearly stating that I did not want a refund and only required a working replacement, I was informed that the product would be sent to the company for inspection and that I should return after 15–20 days. For a product that is defective upon first use, this response is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Additionally, the staff did not provide any written acknowledgment of the issue and appeared to avoid taking responsibility. When I requested an official email address to escalate the matter, I was not provided with one and was instead directed to a landline number mentioned on the warranty card. This lack of transparency and support is concerning. As a customer, I expect a prompt resolution for a faulty product—either an immediate replacement or a clear, documented process. I request Nesto management to look into this matter seriously and provide a proper solution without further delay. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope necessary improvements are made to customer service standards to prevent similar situations in the future.

Yesterday I went to the Circle Mall branch and there was a Filipina employee who was disrespectful to me, didn't complete her job duties, and spoke in a very inappropriate manner. A complaint was filed against her by a manager, and I hope strict action will be taken against her.

I commented Mr Ramel customer service executive in nesto. I went to nesto circle mall to purchased some stuff. I decided to go to customer service since im new here and I really appreciated the guy who assisted me that time his name Ramel. he is really approachable and kind he assisted me all throughout my inquiry. Even if hes alone in the area he handled all the customers complaints with grace and smile. . And he really assured that all customers inquiries and complaints was resolved. I left in nesto with a smile because i got what i want in nesto. I really admire his dedication and passion to his work.

It is situated on the upper floor of circle mall .they have big space and it is well organized . The vegetables sections is big and there is a section for the offers . Their prices are relatively good in comparison to other supermarkets. Specially the ones that are under offer . The only section that I did not like too much is the dairy products.

Live long, serve well. Very good service with cheaper prices. I love it. They have the best price in Dubai. I compared all market/ shopping malls/ hype markets.

Its newly open nesto. Very nice, calm and clean. Almost all the sections are well maintained. Personal opinion: i think you guys to compete in prices as there are multiple players in same area. Even in comparison of prices of your own outlet in dubai multiple things are slightly on higher end of prices tag. Best of luck

Finally a much needed spacious hypermarket in the middle of JVC. Prices are far better than what I get from other local and international supermarkets in Dubai. I have to admit that I tried a couple of items from their bakery and they didn't taste good. But I can still buy my groceries at a very good price. So why should I pay more just for the same item? Since it's a brand new place, everything is clean and flashing. I hope they maintain it as such.

I ended up in hospital after eating chicken from the Nesto Hypermarket food court. I have a severe nut allergy and asked for clarity on what was in the chicken and the man confirmed there are no nuts. I immediately went into anaphylactic shock after one piece of chicken, the staff were uneducated and didn't care. They later said the chicken does have nuts in it and lied to me saying he told me it did. I was taken to hospital by a stranger from a car park after seeing me in a bad way. Staff have no education on food allergies and don't care about clear communication or caring whatsoever.

Be careful guys Don't buy any electrical or elecitronic devices from them, they are scammer and sales faulty items as it's good condition. And they not follow the warranty or the sale contract when you back to them. Buy from carrefour as they have very good customer service and they return the items for cash . The worst part when I get back to them the manager Aness accused me that im lying while the sales contract said that I can return it with in one week as long as all the accessories there. They didn't inform me the phone is faulty and doesn't connect to 5G and 2G. Because they know no one will buy their phone if they inform us !! Professional scammer

Last weekend experience... It's disappointing after tiring shift you just wanted to eat some good food. But unfortunately when I bought a 1 dish and a cooked rice. The rice didn't even fully cooked you'll literally feel the whole grain. And the dish is like floating in the water with less taste. Plus I never see the server smiled at all. His like he just needed to do his job because he needs it to... Its against his will. 💔 Please check the quality of the food your serving.

Most of the staff in jvc Nesto has grumpy face.... u come at 8 in the morning or 8 o clock night.... they dont smile.... maybe they smile to some particular set of customers whom they like... today morning i came and i needed a supervision so there was a supervisor wearing blue shirt.. i wave my hand and wanted some assistance... he saw me and he was least bothered to attend... so i had to go to him and asked him to help....and supervisor should be humble not arrogant....kindly train ur staff... its needed.. bad word of mouth can shift whole business
