Nesto king faisal road- they have mentioned as they will not take any responsibility for keeping laptop at the customer service area and ddnt allow me to take laptop inside either. Poor management

. I purchased 4 tender coconuts from your store, and all of them were spoiled. Unfortunately, my wife—who is pregnant—consumed the coconut water and became sick, Selling spoiled food items is extremely irresponsible, especially when it affects a pregnant woman’s health. This is a serious food safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. Due to this experience, I have lost complete trust in your store and will never purchase anything from you again. I strongly urge you to improve your quality checks to ensure this does not happen to others. I will be escalating this issue further to the concerned authority as I have seen many of the reviews already mentioned lot of issues. Unfair Return Refusal – Very Disappointing I purchased a JBL earphone from Nesto Hypermarket, King Faisal, Al Qasimia, Sharjah on today (17/01/2026). Before payment, I asked to check the product quality, but staff clearly informed me that checking is allowed only after payment. After payment, I opened the box immediately at the store itself to check the product. While opening the box from the opposite side, there was a minor tearing on the outer box(the Cardboard box), which happened unintentionally. The product was never used, and all accessories were intact. The quality was not as expected, so I went straight to Customer Service within 5 minutes, without leaving the hypermarket. I was even ready to pay extra and buy a better model. My request was refused only because of this minor box tearing, even though the product was new, unused, and purchased just minutes earlier. We were made to wait until 1:30 AM in midnight, supervisors were called, but no support was given. One staff member was also very rude. If customers are forced to check products only after payment, then refusing returns due to a minor packaging tear caused during inspection is unfair. This experience caused stress and disappointment.

This is one of the best hypermarkets I’ve ever visited. You can find almost everything you need in one place, which makes shopping very convenient. The store is well organized, and the prices are very reasonable compared to others. Overall, it’s a great place for comfortable shopping with excellent value for money

Fresh veggies. Only issue here is long lines, no baggers cashiers are the one who bags, too many empty cashier outlets during peek time. We came 7pm and that is Saturday I don't understand during weekends there is no baggers and many empty cashier outlets. One customer talked to the manager and the manager don't know what to do they just standing there observing and do nothing the dont even assist waiting customers. My line took more than 30mins for just to checkout my orders because of waiting. Nesto is not like this before or maybe they want to save money for labor

Very disappointing experience. I had 1,306 INAAM points, and within minutes they were reduced to 375 without any warning. Store staff said the points expired, but no notification was ever sent. After being a loyal Nesto customer for 6 years, this is unacceptable. Loyalty programs should reward customers, not surprise them by removing points silently. Management seriously needs to address this.

Poor performance staffs. Not wishing any success for these kind of great staffs. Too much great bad experience. Last one from fish counter. Check the image, especially the time on image and receipt image. Does it required 1 hr for cleaning. I see so many people who come aftere take back there fish before me even after cutting.

The leaflet clearly showed an offer price for the oil, but when I tried to purchase it, the staff said it was a mistake. This is misleading advertising and wasted my time. Please ensure accuracy before publishing offers... ( 19th Jan 21 th leaflet) 2026

This is my regular shopping market which is located at the heart of sharjah. Iam happy for the the service which is providing with the smile. Its chea and everyday they give offers on the items which everybody can offer. May this market gorws continue more and more. 😊😊😊😊😊

Very hygienic very clean Hypermarket variety product with reasonable price,good offer on weekends, staffs have helping mentality. All department have its own representative with knowledge of product availability. Very class display of products with enough space between racks.Overall good shopping experience.

Worst customer service experience compared to other Nesto branches in the UAE. I purchased a VLTAVA fan, and it stopped working the next day. When I took it to customer care, they sent it to the warehouse for repair, and I had to wait two weeks to get it back. After installation, the same issue occurred, along with noise from the motor area. When I went to return the product, I had to wait for over an hour just to meet the supervisor and complete the return

One of the best hypermarket in sharjah. Everything under one roof. Decent parking spaces. Goods are worth for the value.

Everything you want is available at Nesto King Faisal, and everyday there's an offers available for you. Their Fruits and vegetables are unmatch with freshness and their staff are very approachable.

Located in very convenient place shopping for neighborhood people of Abu shegara, king Faisal Street and Al Qasimia Street. It's really reasonable with promotions almost all days in a week like any other Nesto hypermarket in Sharjah.
