Nesto Hypermarket - Maleha

Today I visited first time Nesto Hypermarket in Muhailah branch.The market was not crowded and was very quiet, which made shopping comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no free parking; the parking in front of the market entrance is paid.

Price and quality are reasonable and affordable .Convenient, not much crowded as well. Almost one year now, I am depending this location for my weekend groceries purchase. Apart from the fish ( sometimes it’s looks and taste that product lied long time in freezers), all other items are having quality especially vegetables and fruits with reasonable offers . I suggest the management to look into this and improve the quality of fishes. Also recently got two parking fines from this location which is not expected at all that Nesto parking will be a paid parking in a morning without proper advance notification. Taking the purchased items to the back side open parking is too difficult especially the people who make the purchase for a week time. Management should consider the convenience of customers and make necessary arrangements for parking as well.

I visited this branch today and received a parking fine. I understand that parking fees were recently introduced, but the signage is quite small and easy to miss, especially with the large banners at the entrance. As a regular customer for the past few years, I wasn’t aware of this change. I have also noticed similar concerns raised by other customers—have any actions been taken to address this?

Good experience overall. The mall has great service and it wasn’t too crowded, which made shopping pleasant. One issue though: In the parking bay, the car wash guys keep waving and calling people to park inside their bay. They don’t mention that this is RTA paid parking, not Nesto’s free parking. Because of this, I ended up with a 150 AED parking fine. Management, please tell them to remind customers that this area is RTA paid parking. It would save visitors from unexpected fines.

Very nice hypermarket all you can buy from here. Near and clean.

One of the worst Nesto branches ever. We spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend at cheese and pickles counter. When I spoke to the manager (Asgar) he didn't show any sympathy or apologies for such carelessness. He refused to give the contact number of his line manager despite my several requests claiming that his manager is not in the country now! When the counter staff came he was looking to me in bad way as he's blaming me for addressing the manager! Both manager and staff must learn how to handle customers and respect them. Also, the vegetable section is full of routen vegetables especially the mandarin and tomato. Which is a high safety concern. The manager didn't even know that!! Very bad management at that branch. I need the area manager in charge of that branch to casl me back. I tried to call Nesto HQ number many times but no one picked up the phone !!

Be careful when shopping here. Prices at checkout can be higher than the ones displayed on the shelves—I had a very bad experience yesterday. After getting home, I noticed that several items were charged at a higher price than advertised. Also, parking is not free, and there are no clear announcements or warnings about paid parking. I ended up getting a fine, which was quite shocking. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be going there again.

So today I went to this branch and I was issued a parking penalty. Parking payment has been started couple of weeks ago. Small boards with no big board from municipality warning customers of new parking tickets. On top when u enter the parking area there are large Nesto banners beside the road and u are unable to see small parking boards. Ideally I feel that for few months Nesto staff should warn people that new parking system is in place so people won’t get penalties. I have been going to this Nesto for last couple of years and had no idea that this has started. What a way to pay back your loyal customers. Wont be going to this Nesto again.

Dear friends, Be careful to visit in this branch. visit in nearest other market where parking is available. i have no idea there was pay parking installed. Get a extra reward 150 aed within 10 to 15 minutes from there.

I recently visited Nesto Hypermarket in Maleha, Sharjah and overall it’s a good place for weekly shopping. The store is large with a wide range of products including groceries, fresh produce, household items, clothes, and electronics so you can find almost everything under one roof. Highly recommended👌

Really well organized and super clean , better than other nesto, products quality is also good. Mostly very cheap and offers all the time, staff is also friendly. It's a place where me and my family always came to shop eventough it was far but a decent place for groceries.

Spacious, neat and good service. Customer care is excellent. Whenever we ask the sales team about an items, their willingness to guide us appreciable. Highly recommended store for a family to buy groceries and household. Ample parking. Best wishes to the store.

Nesto Hypermarket in Muweilah is my go-to place for weekly shopping. They have really competitive prices and a wide selection of products, from fresh fruits and vegetables to household items . What I love most is that it's a two-floor hypermarket – the ground floor has all the food and daily essentials, while the first floor has clothes, shoes, electronics, and kitchen appliances . It's really convenient to get everything done in one trip. The timing is great too, open daily from 8 am to midnight.

Good morning, today morning at 9:15, I went to Nesto on Maliha Street. The place is excellent and the staff are wonderful, especially the employee named Molka who weighs the vegetables. She is a wonderful employee. I bought onions and after weighing them, she looked for me and reweighed the onions again because the price had changed and become cheaper.

The parking infront of mall is now under municipality, what about the back side, any chance to get fine if we park there

I am a regular customer at Nesto. Today’s experience was very disappointing. Customer service staff was rude and ignored my turn, and the floor manager did not respond properly. The cashier counters were very slow, and some offers were misleading—the price displayed was different from the price charged on the bill. This is not acceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves service and pricing accuracy.

I was visited 04-05-26 times 08.25 pm.. Worst experience i faced from this store.in counter 5.. there is 2 staf 1 is cashier another one is u can check the camera,..there is a price tag wrongly placed.i take that product and go to pay,and i ask y this price is different,and their reply was very arrogant,,and make me bulliying infront of others,is this the way u treating ur customers..if that one u can inform me,not making insult,,worst experience,…

Good promotion compared to other markets . Good and fresh vegetables and fruits. But parking space in progress...

Date: 13 December 2025 Very disappointing and misleading experience at Nesto Hypermarket. They advertised prawns on offer at AED 12 per kg in their leaflet. When I went to buy them, the staff clearly said they will NOT clean the prawns because it is an offer item. If I wanted cleaned prawns, they forced me to buy another pack priced at AED 16 per kg. This condition was NOT mentioned anywhere in the leaflet or on the offer board. This is misleading advertising and unfair to customers. Additionally, this is not the first time. Many times Nesto puts items on “offer”, but when customers reach the store, they suddenly say “only 1 or 2 pieces per customer”, again without clearly mentioning this in the promotion. This creates confusion, waste of time, and feels like deliberate manipulation to attract customers. Offers should be transparent and honest, with all conditions clearly written. What is happening here looks like cheating customers through hidden terms. Management should take this seriously. Customers deserve clarity and respect, not tricks. I hope others read this review and stay alert before trusting Nesto’s so-called “offers”.
