Worst experience ever at Nesto Hypermarket. Completely unprofessional and dishonest staff. I picked a product clearly marked at 35 AED, but at billing the cashier suddenly said it’s 42 AED. When I questioned it, she sent a salesman to check, and he confirmed the price was 35 AED. Still, instead of fixing it, she sent another staff again just to waste time. I was standing at the counter like a fool for almost 20 minutes. When I went to check, that staff member had disappeared, and later I noticed the price tag had been changed. This is nothing but cheating customers openly. I complained immediately to the floor manager and customer service manager, but they simply denied everything and showed zero responsibility. No apology, no solution—just arrogance. This place has terrible service, no respect for customers, and clearly manipulates prices. I strongly warn everyone: double-check everything or avoid this store completely.

I had a recent shopping experience at Nesto Hypermarket. They have a good variety of fresh produce, groceries, and household items. Checkout is efficient, though queues form during peak hours especially in the fruits and vegetable areas The Parking Area is spacious however the route to enter the parking space is very narrow and can be a huge safety risk during peak hours when multiple vehicles are moving through.

I am writing this message to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding my pending warranty claim and the unacceptable customer service I have experienced at one of your Nesto outlets. I submitted my headset/earbuds for a warranty claim due to a technical defect. At the time of submission, I was provided with a receipt clearly mentioning that the product would be repaired or replaced within 20 days. This was a confirmed and documented commitment from your store. Unfortunately, even after the completion of the 20-day period, my product has not been returned. Since then, I have visited the store multiple times over several weeks. On every visit, I was given false assurances such as “next day”, “tomorrow”, or “we will call you”. None of these commitments were honored. What is more concerning is that a customer service staff member explicitly stated that if the product was not provided within two additional days, compensation would be given for the delay. During my most recent visit, the same staff member refused to acknowledge this statement and once again failed to provide any confirmed resolution date. I also talk with manager in the morning shift he also give me false excuses and he don't want to accept his mistake and he even don't want say sorry for this matter and tell me you can put complaint like open challenging me. This behavior reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ time. I have wasted considerable time, effort, and transportation costs due to repeated store visits caused solely by misleading information from your staff. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and disrespected as a customer. I hereby formally request: Immediate resolution of my warranty claim (replacement or refund without further delay). Compensation for the prolonged delay, repeated follow-ups, and inconvenience caused due to false commitments. A written confirmation with a final and confirmed resolution date. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate this issue further to Consumer Protection authorities with all supporting documents and visit history. Nesto Al Nahda branch is one of my favourite places to shop. It’s a big mall with a wide variety of products, and I really enjoy coming here regularly. One of the best parts for me is the fish section. They offer a barbecue service for fish, which is done in a tandoor style. They usually charge around 7 dirhams extra per kilogram, and it’s totally worth it. I prefer this over fast food any day. They have a great selection of fish and chicken, along with a large electronics section. The person who prepared the fish for us was amazing and very helpful. The entire fish staff is friendly and gives great advice. I really appreciate their service. Thank you!

Visited Nesto Al Nahda 2 today (10/05/2026) around 9:30 AM and had a very disappointing experience at the fruits and vegetables weighing section. We bought mangoes, but the staff member(nepali) weighing and labeling them added the wrong price. When we informed her about it, she said the mangoes might have gotten mixed with another variety. Then we brought another mango, but again she entered the wrong amount. After that, we asked her to come and check the display herself. Even after seeing the displayed price, she responded rudely, saying “yesterday it was different” in a very disrespectful tone, while also making faces. We said that customers are not responsible for arranging products or displaying prices, it is the staff’s responsibility to know the correct variety and pricing. Despite the mistake being from their side, there was not even a simple apology. Very disappointing customer service experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff to behave respectfully with customers.

Overall, the hypermarket is good, but unfortunately the meat section is not like before. The old staff used to provide much better service. Recently, whenever we ask for fresh minced meat, they say the meat grinder is broken. But after a short time, trays full of minced meat appear in the display. This is disappointing and does not feel honest or professional. I hope the management improves the lamb and beef section.

I have purchased one portable nebulizer for my child from Al nadha dubai branch. Firstly, salesperson told me this is rechargeable product, once i take it home the product wasn’t chargeable and even AAA Batteries are not working, So, I went back to that branch from Ajman for the replacement, but the supervisor told me to wait for another 15 days. Now once after 15 days I went there, they have given me new piece, but with same problem, then they requested me to go, and they will check with company again. Now they came back and saying this product has some fault so either take your money back or pay additional amount for the other product. I am a customer of nesto since 2017. Firstly, salesperson give me wrong information about product. Secondly, they send me home (ajman) by saying they will check with company twice time. I have spent my time and fuel, and if nesto is selling faulty products that’s not my problem, Nesto has to do some quality check, we simply trust on Nesto not on chinses companies. Very big Nesto hypermarket in Dubai. It had large numbers of products available. Cleanliness is the main challenge here. There would be a different kind of bad smell you will feel and sense in the hypermarket on all three floors. The parking inside the building is very congested and very step to go on the upper parking lot. Inside building parking is free but the outside is paid street parking. Prices are economical, vegetables and fruits are fresh. Their hummus is not nice. Cleaning is not there in the roastery and fast food corner. Tabby (Buy now pay later ) in 4 installments works here.
