I’ve been with NetPro for 4 years. The internet is usually stable, works fine for a couple of months, then some issue happens and it takes about a week to fix, which I kind of understand since we’re in Lebanon. But for the past month and a half it’s been really bad. I pay $45 for a 24 Mbps plan, and I used to get around 2–2.5 MB/s in the day and about 1 MB/s at night. Now I’m barely getting 1–1.2 MB/s in the day and at night it drops to 40–50 KB/s, it’s like having internet service from 2009. Customer support is even worse, full of delays and excuses. Some of them don’t even understand basic tech. One of them even connected with AnyDesk, and since my real speed was 40 KB/s, of course it lagged. She then said my PC was the problem 😂. Honestly, very disappointing service.
