I have ordered a book online from them and I am totally disappointed with their printing and customer service. Paper and cover quality of the book is very pathetic and very low. There is a lot of misprinting in the book, most of the pages are not printed accurately and are also not aligned with page size. Most of the sentences are aligned out from the page and are unable to read and understand. They do not know how to print a book accurately. I do not recommend this book store to anyone. Its been a week i have contacted them for my refund and they don't even bother to reply. They are just looting people.

They delivered a book with paper quality similar to factory waste and in a huge textbook size, which is not handy at all. I raised a complaint, but they didn’t even bother to respond. It was the worst experience, and I do not recommend them.

Genuinely one of the most ill mannered customer service people ever. They sent me a book with printing over 1/4th of the page and when complaining it’s too small and not readable they kept insisting the original novel size is the same. Customer jese pagal hota hai pehle baar kitab parhee hai. 1000 rupees wasted.

If you want to get a hard copy of a book that is not available there and you have in pdf form. You can print out your book at a reasonable price. In short all types of study material you can get from that shop. I have an experience of almost 2 years of buying books from there.

Never buy international books from them especially online. it will be complete waste of money. Pages have different font, text size, misprinting. They are not replying back regarding it. Worst book seller i have ever ordered from.

One of the best book shops in Multan. They have a huge range of all types of books available. (Including css books and famous magazines of different publishers) Plus they also provide home delivery all across Pakistan. (On minimum charges) Totally recommended!

Good store. Almost every book available related to management sciences subjects. Other subjects are also available but i haven't purchased other courses books from here. The prices are also acceptable and the staff is really friendly.

Most of the popular titles were available in the literary section. But, the quality of English literature books was not up to the mark as most of them were in the pirated print. Overall, a very good bookshop. Strangely enough, the salesman did not let us take the pictures of the contents of the books as it was against the store policy.

U r searching for any category of books either from school to PhD or for novals to ccs perpetuation u got all from here ..but professional papers books are purchased on demand like Acca cima etc overall a great book center
