Went for a hair colour a month ago. Asked the lady not to bleach and recommend colours which can go without bleaching. However she bleached my hair and today I had to cut my long hair which I nourished and had grown for years. I am extremely disappointed and I would recommend you to listen to your customer requirement instead of doing whatever you want.
