I visited Dr. Superna Tiwari for periodontal treatment for gum recession. I went in very anxious, but Dr. Superna made me feel at ease from the start. Dear NMC Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your facility. Overall, my experience was good. The doctor and nursing staff were professional, supportive, and provided excellent care. However, I would like to raise one concern regarding the sick leave attestation staff. I found the staff member’s behavior to be unprofessional. She was continuously using her mobile phone while attending to me, and when I asked questions, I did not receive clear or satisfactory responses. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve the patient experience.

I visited general surgeon Dr. Anita Samraj for my case and to be frank, I have seen many surgeons before in many other places but Dr.Anita is the best I should say. The way of treatment and the way she interacts with us is very much loving.
