Ate burger and pineapple juice today, didn't get any sauce. Customer service wasn't that good. There was none at at afternoon.

Here were can experience employees bullying customers. One of them was taking water from a can kept outside, the water they were filling also had rain water from roof falling inside. I tried to tell them but they didn't take it seriously. They kept saying things to annoy me. Started passing comments like (വെള്ളം ഒലിക്കാത്ത ചില്ലി ചിക്കൻ ഒന്ന്!) .Im their to buy their food. Totally bad behaviour by the employees. This is not the first instance. I had it from them before. I asked them for a parcel they said they will pack when i return. As soon as i returned after 20 mins. Nothing (they kept shouting nonsense to show me they were busy with my parcel meanwhile smirking all around the place like we dont see it!) a hotel making fun of their paying customers. Bad attitude not an atmosphere to purchase food!

Just had Shawarma. Was good enough for a four star rating. Not the best in town but was good. Vehicle parking not available in front of the shop, but there's enough space on the opposite side of the road for 2 or 4 wheeler parking.

Located near Royal enfield Showroom at Tirumala Junction on road side to Alappuzha city. Old Pappillon Cafe. Good food. Parking space is very limited.

Adipoli food and price also affordable 🙌🏻
