Most of the Items has no prices, and priced ones are atleast more 20% - 50% expensive from the market. Quality seams to be below normal

Good store, the checkout is fast, but it smells unpleasant, there are a lot of flies because the door is almost always open.

Very rude and arrogant staff I visited there too buy 4 outers of milk I came to the counter and gave them they said you can only take 1 because other customers need too they said you will finish all so what did they mean I am not a customer other supermarkets let you take as many as you want they don't be rude and arrogant surely never coming to new star families again. Really bad and poor experience. Hope they can fix this problem surely not recommend it.

The worst supermarket in the area, The staff don’t understand anything it’s like I’m having a conversation with aliens, my house is 4 minutes away from the supermarket and they take 1-2 hours to deliver the smallest things , ordered twice and will never order again

Nice supermarket, open 24hrs and prices are comfortable and all items are available conveniently. Its totally revamped. Been visiting it since 2011 and has seen lots of changes at the same location and size

Very bad service who using delivery phone need to change i wait for my order 1 hour then he say coming i will not order and i will never go again. If you can't give services at time noo need guys go far a way from here

Good convenience store will most of the essential groceries, veggies , fruits and house holds . They won't accept credit cards for purchase value less than 15 AED. The accessibility road is not paved

Ordered two packs of masafi water bottles for three consecutive days and got it delivered today! I made the order at 1:30pm and they delivered around 4pm ! And I stay right opposite to their building. When asked for their supervisor or manager, they are on vacation. Also when asked about why aren’t they delivering on time, the response from them was very bad and rude. They were like if you want you can wait or else get it from somewhere else.

Easily the worst experience while dealing with a supermarket. Home deliveries takes like forever. Some irresponsible staff as well who does not seem to care about customers. Over priced too. Misusing the situation of being the only supermarket in the locality. If the owner or quality manager (if there is one) reads this, respond to know more.

I am a regular visitor to your supermarket behind the Union Bank in Bur Dubai. I have often felt that your staff/salesmen are discourteous and rude. It will be good if you could instil some courtesy and politeness in them.

A good place for shopping with good prices. The only bad thing about it is that they do not put prices on the products and the customer has to ask every time about the price of things.
