I just bought this one yesterday. New and unopened one. When I came home and opened it nothing inside. Waste of money. Rs. 475 is wasted. Useless product and useless place. They didn’t even give the receipt. Unbelievable service.

This place has many varieties of cosmetics, skincare products, and tools like sponges, brushes, hair ties, press-on nails, and hygiene products. Multiple brands are available in good quality, but customer service is very bad unless you shop for a huge amount. They force you to put a five-star review on Google. Sometimes they ask for our phone and give themselves a five-star review. Some sales girls have zero knowledge of skincare and look tired of selling. I bought a Lakmé sunscreen for ₹600, and I asked for an affordable sunscreen with lower SPF, but they did not care. Actually, there are many affordable brands like Lotus, Lakmé, and Pilgrim available in the shop. Everyone is not super rich! Stop selling only a few costly products and try to help customers. Many college-going girls need affordable Branded products; that is why many brands sell affordable versions of their products.

It's an excellent shop for all cosmetic range. The staff were polite and friendly especially Mrs. Sindhu did a wonderful job.

Good cosmetic shop in Madurai.. can get many branded cosmetics.. we went by 930 pm and the shop was functional with attendents helping us with the products.. very good service and proper explanation of everything there.. they have both men and women products.. properly maintained.. one minus is that. They do not have any discounts.. everything else is fine!
