I’m really impressed with the arrangments. Compared to how it used to be, the store is now incredibly clean and well-organized. It’s clear they’ve put work into the layout, but the best part is the inventory. The quality of the merchandise has stepped up significantly, especially in the fresh sections. It feels like a premium shopping experience now. Great job to the management!

The food was delicious,the atmosphere is nice. A little cold, but then again it's literally right next to ski dubai. They have good service but the food is a little pricy, so if you're looking for a quick meal on the go this would not be the place to go. They have nice views of ski dubai. They have a bar, smoking and drinking is allowed.

Идите смело и сгребайте всё сувениры магнитики от 4дир., в супермаркете дубайский качественный шоколад всего по 9.90!! Лучше по составу чем в тур.зонах!

Here is story I will explain "I have purchased one detol wipes big packet and two small dettol wipes from West zone supermarket and it is not in good condition the big packet and the big packet have hole and crumble condition and seal is not properly closed and all the alcohol has been drained from the packet, it is dry from inside and first tissue inside have brown spots means some one touched refer photos i uploaded,but once I took home my wife noticed all these flaws in big wet wipe packet but I purchased this wet wipe packet because we need urgently and it is last piece in store stack the big packet of wet wipe. So in the end I went next day these supermarket to return they refused to take back and said where is the bill receipt but I didn't take bill while purchased then I told supermarket supervisor you have computer check the history of yesterday then supervisor replied we don't keep record and deleting all the transactions from the system at the end of day........these shocking 🤯 "IT IS BIG CHAIN SUPERMARKET HOW COME THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORDS" Then I told him take from banking transactions is a proof I buy from these supermarket even though supervisor refused to take back dettol wet wipes big one and refused to replace and accusing me i have the open these big wet wipe packet. Even though i am regular customer to these supermarket. So I will stop buying from them, I am regular customer from years and they treated me unprofessional way.

I am writing to raise serious concerns about the customer service at New Westzone Supermarket Barsha regarding the WhatsApp ordering and delivery services. As I am currently pregnant, I am unable to walk long distances to purchase groceries in person, making online orders and WhatsApp communication essential for me. However, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I have often had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response to my messages, and it feels as though I need to plead for basic assistance. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the store manager had blocked my number, preventing my messages from reaching the store. After calling to inquire why my messages were not going through, they acknowledged that my number had indeed been blocked and unblocked it upon request. This is unacceptable, as blocking a customer’s number directly prevents them from accessing essential services. I understand that your team may be busy, but if WhatsApp ordering and delivery are offered as customer services, they need to be reliable. I respectfully request that you address this matter with the team to ensure that customers are responded to promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to see improvements moving forward.

I recently purchased shrimp from New West Zone Market in Al Barsha and was very impressed with both the product quality and customer service. The shrimp were extremely fresh and of the best quality I’ve found in the area. They had a clean smell, firm texture, and were clearly handled with care. What made the experience even better was that the staff offered to clean the shrimp for free, which saved me a lot of time and effort at home. They did a thorough job, and I really appreciated the extra service. It’s rare to find such attention to detail in many markets. On top of that, one of the friendly staff members kindly shared a simple and delicious recipe for cooking the shrimp. They explained how to marinate and prepare them for a perfect, flavorful dish. It was really helpful and added a personal touch to the shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend New West Zone Market Al Barsha for anyone looking for fresh seafood and excellent service. Good place and excellent dishes 'n' beverages. Tarifs are reasonable and placed adjacent to Ski Dubai with good views. Request management to concentrate on seating arrangements since thoughtful relocation may enhance further privacy of guests and can utilize the current setup's idle space. My overall impression is at par with world-class standards with rich quality and taste of food where chefs are specially appreciated.

I highly recommend dining in this restaurant as they will give you properly requested seats and food choices that will definitely meet your needs. Staff were so nice and very accommodating. We requested to be seated in a non-smoking area from the front desk, ANNE, and she gave us the seats right in front of Skidubai, perfect view for dining. BORJ have taken cared of our orders and made very good suggestions as we have requested for something different which we can’t find from others. VEV on the other hand did a great job for suggesting us a not so sweet dessert and made sure it will arrive to us in less than 10 minutes. And upon leaving the restaurant, BORJ and VEV exceeded their customer service skills by inviting us to come back on the days when they have such nice party / package offers. Much appreciated!!! 😉 Great value also specially if you have entertainer. Well, the place is cozy but the price is just right. 👍🏼

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience — not once, but *twice* — in your butchery section, all because of one staff member who seems to follow his *own* rules. The first time, I asked for a pork knuckle to be cut for 8 sliced. He flat-out said **“NO”** — claiming it was too hard to cut because it's a knuckle. *Excuse me?* That makes no sense. If it’s not frozen, totally yes i can understand but you’re using a machine specifically meant for this purpose, then what’s the problem? It’s not a difficult request. I’ve had other butchers do it with no issue at all. Then came the second incident. I was looking for pork belly, but it was out of stock. No problem — I picked another cut and simply asked for it to be cubed. Once again, he refused. He said *he decides* what can and can't be done. Seriously?! Since when does a butcher get to decide for the customer? That Filipino guy with the tattoo in the butchery section is making up his own rules like he owns the place. Is this really how you train your staff? To dismiss customers and act like they’re doing us a favor? We are paying customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I highly doubt that I’m not the only one who’s been treated this way. It’s unfair, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.

West Zone, it is, as the name implies WEST, if you don't get it, forget about it. This is my best shopping point of all time, I always found all I needed right inside here. See for yourself with the photos attached. I took my time to getting those shots late hour of Friday.

Actually it's very bad customer service I requested a shrimp from tge staff told me im working in butchery I don't know how to clean it request from the in charge to ask tge staff go back to get my order staff told me I cant clean shrimp by 20 dreams so whay west zone making offer if no customer service and no one care there when I ask 3 in charge they didn't do any thing really very bad condition

View of ski dubai while enjoying your meal and a drink. Service is good, food is great... Happy hours is at 6 I think its a bit too late, but still you can get discount from zomato Pro.

I love the ambiance. It has the view of the inside of Ice Ring as well. The staff is very friendly and the surrounding gives a sense of calm.

Super cozy place with super friendly staff. Nice view to Dubai Ski with pant of beer. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable for drinks and good food. It is a must to visit while your family enjoying boring shopping at MOE

One of the best place, I enjoy eating cheese fondu, baked Camembert, delicious pizzas and amazing chicken chintzel. Highly recommended !!!!
