I ordered a grocery for delivery that included a "boneless" fish through another app. The main issue is that they gave a different product "with bone and baby fish" instead of the regular fish de-boned. If you cannot provide the exact product you sell, then remove it or do not replace!! this is the 2nd time for this branch that we have experience a unsatisfactory delivery. I have a question for the management, if you are buying Iphone 17 pro max and they offer you Xiaomi phone, just because "it looked alike", do you still take it?!! This is unacceptable!! If you will blame it to the app, i have proof to support it! You can reach me to discuss this matter. Whoever prepares your delivery thinks they can get away with this. I am also asking for immediate action about this!

Great place for shopping everything Philipino and Lebanese and more, with Muslim and non Muslim segregations and well mannered and respectful stuff, your shopping experience will never go wrong🥰😉🥰

I had a very disappointing experience with West Zone supermarket delivery. I placed my order at around 11:24 AM, but it was not delivered until 2:10 PM despite multiple follow-ups. Each time I contacted them, I was told that my order was “on the way,” which turned out to be inaccurate and misleading. Additionally, the order I received was incorrect. I had specifically ordered ribs, but a different item was delivered while I was still charged the price for pork ribs. This is unacceptable and feels highly unprofessional. Overall, the service was unreliable, communication was misleading, and the order accuracy was poor. I would not recommend ordering from West Zone based on this experience.

Cửa hàng chủ yếu phục vụ cho người châu Á , có đầy đủ tất cả các mặt hàng , có cả thịt heo , giá cả hợp lí , thực phẩm tươi , Chỉ có góp í là cửa hàng có 3 tầng nhưng lại không có thang máy , muốn mua đồ ở các tầng di chuyển khá khó khăn

One of my most favorite places to go for groceries, very nice ambiance, I must say the prices are a little on higher side and usually you won't find lot of special offers going on like other competitors, but there's something about this market which gives me positive vide and feel extraordinary and special, a lot of varieties which you wont find in other malls you will find here. Lot of variety if for all the items if you're going for grocery, as it is inside Sahara center so no need to worry about a parking spot.

I am very disappointed with the service. I waited over 2 hours for my order, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the delivery driver’s attitude was very unprofessional and rude. Instead of apologizing for the delay, he spoke to me disrespectfully and showed no consideration for the inconvenience caused. I expect better service, proper communication, and respectful behavior from your staff. Please take action to ensure this does not happen again to other customers.

I ordered online order from here the delivery was not possible at that time but as per my request Mr Mike brian ces self came to deliver the product due to emergency. Much appreciated this staff.

If you love chocolate cake, u should try chocolate brownie cake/pastry from spinneys, and thank me later. It's priced just at 9.95aed for a pastry and 68aed for one kg which is quite affordable than other cake stores...they always have fresh items at bakery...

This is a really good supermarket. They offer a variety of options in each product and all the prices are reasonable unlike other smaller supermarkets. There is also a non-muslim section which sells variety of pork 🐖 options. They also have a butcher, so you can ask for cuts or to trim what you bought. Always check the expiry dates before u take as we saw some items with expiry dates within 1 months 🚨

I ordered meat at 5 PM, and now it’s already 8 PM—still no delivery. If you can’t deliver on time, why even offer a delivery option? Is this what you call customer service? When I called, you said it would arrive in 15 minutes. This is very poor customer service.

In Al Nahyan, Nice super market spacious and large one with Clothing,home furnishings, snacks and pastries. Fruits and vegetables. Neatly organised

We order 12pm and its already almost 5pm the order still did not come, very disappointed with the experience, we been experiencing this multiple time!

Very impressed with the quality and selection of items offered here. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the price felt very fair for what I received. It’s clear they take pride in their products. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have experienced Bad behaviour from pork cutting section (cutting person)07/02/2026. They don't know how to handle and dealing with customers.

Even 1 star doesn’t deserve there application/delivery service. Expect minimum waiting 5 hours or more. Then if you cancel your order they will still push to deliver your order.
